Listen up, this place is new (opened late Nov 2024) so they are still working out the kinks. I say this because there are two reviews on this place that mention negative things. IMHO I think thus far they are excelling and will only get better and better. We need to give them grace as they learn and grow. ***So please READ MY REVIEW and ignore the 1 stars.*** The food we ordered was tasty, affordable and came out quickly. Drinks for the entire table were on point. Shout out to Chet who will gladly curate a drink for you if you are not sure what you want. Oh and did I mention 237 is located inside? 237 is Speakeasy located inside of Soggy Dog (at this time 237 is open Thur-Sat nights). 237 has it's own vibe and drink menu. PRO TIP: Enter Soggy Dog through either of the double set of metal doors. Yes you are at the right place. I will take pictures of the entrance on my next visit.

If you have been to an Alamo Drafthouse in other cities, you know that the decor in this bar is lackluster. However, they do have some cool vintage repro art work on the walls, offer a chill atmosphere and have plenty of seating. They offer food, a full bar and of course lots of draft beer options. I think they have about 35 beers on tap. For my most recent visit, I was there with a group of ladies from a social group (yes we even had a table reserved for us). Our server was Brandon and he did a fantastic job. The Manager (Michael) also stopped by a few times to ensure that our group had everything we needed. Y'all they even have a FANTASTIC HAPPY HOUR with food and drink specials!

I wish more people would come here and enjoy it's sweet and simplistic charm. The walls are made with actual oyster shells and the lighting is so warm and fuzzy. The waitress was very attentive, helpful and pleasant. There was a group of about 10 people next to us that come every Wednesday. They were super friendly and nice too! The whole atmosphere had a lovely small town feel. Aside from all the lovely things about the atmosphere and staff the food was so great! I got the fried catfish basket. It came with the red potato side and they were so crispy and piping hot! The catfish tasted perfectly sliced and hot. The breading was phenomenal. I will be coming back when I crave this soon. My husband got the crab cake stuffed catfish. It came with my same potatos and he chose fried okra as his second side. YUM. Everything tasted so fresh and steaming hot. I love this little dive and will return very soon.
