Dave came out within about 2 hours of my first phone call on Monday, sent me pics of all everything I needed done. I needed the Pine removed, and my other trees trimmed as the limbs were all growing onto the roof. I received photos along the way, the team is professional, they use professional equipment, and sent me the document I needed for the HOA to take the tree down as an emergency. While removing one of the trees, a large section fell and damaged my utility shed. I asked for a tarp at the time but planned to discuss repairs when they returned to finish the job. The stump grinding was scheduled three times--May 3, May 17, and May 24--but each time it was canceled. On May 24, I was told the owner had been seriously injured by a tree and they'd reschedule ASAP. I followed up multiple times over the next few months, expressing sympathy and asking for updates, but received no response. I even sent a certified letter on July 25, which was rejected and returned to me unopened. As of today Aug 8, 2025 the stumps remain unground, the shed damage hasn't been addressed, and the company has stopped communicating entirely. I'm disappointed by the lack of professionalism and follow-through.

But, duringHurricane Milton, in 2024, we realized that the tree was too big and too close to the house for comfort. Today, I called for an estimate. They came out the same day, around noon, gave me the more than fair estimate....and had the tree gone, and all cleaned up before 5pm. All in the same day.
