We used Caleb back in March to trim our trees. He didn't trim the one we really wanted, which is interfering with our queen palm. I called him and he didn't respond. It took him several times to get in contact and then was told he would come out soon and finish the job when he was in the area. It's been 5 months and I haven't heard from him and no service. I would not recommend paying him until you're happy and you have time to make sure the job is done right. read more
