We contacted Tile, Perfected about replacing the tile on our front porch. (A previous owner had…read moreinstalled slate and it was cracking and splintering in several areas.). Tony responded to my call the same day and came out to take a look at the job. He recommended that we consider a porcelain tile which would stand up better to the freeze and thaw cycles (vs slate). He also suggested that we consider finishing off the front-facing (vertical edge) of the porch with a metal trim piece and tile extending to the ground. This was something that no one else had recommended. Tony, and his assistant Alex, did a meticulous job of removing the old slate, grinding down the old adhesive until the surface was completely flat. They also sealed some cracks that had appeared under the old slate. They were very meticulous about laying the new tile. The tile installation came out better than we imagined, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The communication throughout the project was very good and Tony was very pleasant to work with. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the communication, quality of work, attention to detail, and the cleanup . If you are looking for a high-quality tile installation, be sure to check them out !

A neighbor had to come help me when Wesley told me I was no longer covered. I have remodeled several houses in my life and this was the sloppiest, most carefess, workmanship ever. Don't know what happened to the Katsina but son's friend was added to the crew without my knowledge. Very disappointed to this day that I chose this company. If you use them, they need constant supervision to not be sloppy and to complete the job per their contract.

They painted the ground, the rocks, our flower beds, hose bibs, etc.. midway through the project they randomly told us they were no longer going to paint our back deck. When we asked them to be more conscientious and considerate of our property, we got a bunch of attitude and aggression from both the painters and their manager Dave. When we brought up our issues to the owner, Matthew, we got the same angry/aggressive response as if we were in the wrong for speaking up. I don't know too many companies that stay in business by bullying and gaslighting their customers, but these guys are certainly trying!

I wanted a real, reputable contractor who stood behind the product they selected and installed. Verde Valley Handyman was the only local to fit that description. They came out, provided an estimate and stated that the owner thought that the hot water heaters from Hughes Plumbing Supply in Cottonwood were better than anything from HD. November 1, Bobby installed the new hot water heater and did a great job with the flooring repair. Couldn't wait for the first shower! Only to have not hot water. Okay, wait until the next day giving it plenty of time to heat. Still minimal hot water. VVH sent several technicians, finally determining the fault to be the heater itself. This was where my concern for having one responsible party paid off! VVH replaced the defective heater with a different brand, at no additional cost to me. It was an fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you!
