In June of 2025 I purchased a 12-month Adobe subscription through Groupon. In September 2025, Adobe suspended my account without warning. When I contacted customer support and provided my proof of purchase, they told me it would be "investigated." Three days later, they permanently suspended my subscription, claiming the Groupon reseller had fraudulently issued my key code to another user. So instead of protecting a paying customer, Adobe let a fraudulent reseller operate under their nose, then punished me, the victim, by revoking access to software I paid for. That's not just bad business -- it's a total failure to protect consumers. I purchased what i thought was a one month subscription of Adobe, so i could sign an online document. Little did I know, I was committed to a one year contract. If I cancel, I'm tied to a cancellation fee. It's costing me $156.00 for that one document I signed. Shame on you Adobe!! read more

This app has crashed so many times out of the blue and deleted my edit it is actually ridiculous. I have a high end computer and have ran multiple different softwares for editing on this machine. The ONLY app to give me problems like this is adobe. If your really looking for a good editing software, id go elsewhere before spending money on this. read more

I am so happy I got to visit this Adobe site because it is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous. Yes, there's not much around this area, except some outlets, and you have to drive a ways to get to downtown Lehi to get basically any edible food ... but still. This is an amazing location for Adobe. There are some gorgeous 360 degree views of all the mountain and plains in the area. The basketball court is epic. The gym is amazing and it has a climbing wall! I love the amenities this place offers, and their cafe really isn't bad at all. The atrium gives you this sort of ... enormously small feeling because it's so open. I wish my house was like this! Plus Adobe's commitment to green means that they're harvesting the heat from the server rooms to heat the atrium and melt snow in the wintertime. How cool is that? Definitely if you're in the area and know someone who works here, pay a visit. I think they even have daily tours because the building is so awesome. Worst customer service in the industry. Call Center is located in a third world country and none of the agents( I spoke to 4 ). Fraudulently charging credit cards months after subscriptions have ended or were cancelled. Padding the books for a year-end revenue spike just to credit them back at the end of the year. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Day 1: spoke to a customer service rep, explained the issue. After about 30 minutes of exchanging pleasantries and information, Aamir Hussain apologized profusely when he said, "I have to transfer you to our concern team." The concern team doesn't give a hoot or doesn't exist because I was on hold with them for 3 hours! Honestly, I forgot I was on speaker hold until the following morning when receiving a text that stated we were disconnected. Day 2: spoke to a customer service rep, regurgitated the same information as Day 1. Was provided with a case number and supposedly transferred someplace for in depth help. I printed out the chat report and realized that someone actually did answer but not until 2 in the morning. THIS is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever encountered. Dear Gawd Run!! Do NOT come near Adobe!! I purchased the CS6 Master Suite a couple of years ago, and it was spotty at best, but it eventually got the job done. Then my hard drive crashed. I was told that I could install CS6 on a second computer and so I tried, and tried and tried. That is where the nightmare began... On my new computer I tried to download the Suite from the original disk, but after hours of the download process I received a pop-up stating that the launch link was now obsolete. I received another link that lead to the adobe website that promoted more junk for me to buy, i.e. business programs, etc. I did not need any of that stuff, so I tried to contact tech support, which was a complete joke! The site ask you run-around questions, try to sell you more useless products (that probably don't work either), and eventually lead you to the community forums that are run by know-nothings, and other ripped-off customers like me. Try as I might, I could not get past the community forums. I tried calling the company phone number and was given three options, one was to talk to someone in India that was "trained exclusively about the CC," judging by the sound of their voice (yes, I called several times). The other two options were about CS6 and were far worse-- I was told that tech support for these systems were obsolete and I was abruptly hung up on. I have dealt with many other systems that had tech support that wasn't very helpful, and others that put me on hold for a looooong time, but never any that basically said "you are out of luck," click. But I did not give up. I called back and talked to the Indian support that knew absolutely nothing about anything. They did tell me that my serial number was still valid. So I returned to the official site and tried to download the free trial version. The instructions have to be followed EXACTLY. To. The. Letter. Or. They. Will. NOT. Work. After several attempts, and many "Access Denied," pop-ups, it finally downloaded. But you guessed it! I was taken to a page that stated the launch link is obsolete... and tech help went in huge circles until I found myself back in the community forums. Nobody but nobody has any idea what new launch software I need to buy or download. I finally gave up and signed up for the CC, also called the Creative Cloud. What another joke! I only use the software to make unfunny videos on youtube at my own expense, so it makes no sense to sign up for a year contract and a monthly fee to fund a company like adobe that is only the king of hassle and run-around. To make matters worse, I gave them my account information and agreed to a withdraw every month on the fifteenth. However, my rent is now due in the middle of the month, so adobe sends reminders to my e-mail, back-up e-mail, and phone that they have not been paid. So I tried to edit my payment schedule on their site.... and surprise! You are not allowed to make any changes! Now every month I have to realign and "update" my bank account. Not only that, but I do not have the internet at my apartment so I kept getting even more pop-ups that said "missing sequence" or "missing codec." After much more hassle and research I found out that the codec, whatever that is, simply means that the CC on my computer could not reach Adobe's server to verify payment, so I had to drive to the public library or another wifi hotspot just to make contact with the "mothership" and open the gosh danged thing. Canceling CC cost me an additional $174 because I was under "contract" for the rest of the year. Oh, well. If adobe wants more money from me they can go online and complain in a forum.
