In spite of being rather busy with customers coming and going, he gave me his full attention; correctly diagnosed the malfunction...ordered the part from a supplier, and got me back on the road all in 2 hours. Quoted a fair price, was clear about work that needed to be done. It couldn't have gone better. I realize not every day will be perfect timing or working miracles, but other people still came, he still organized other peoples work and this allowed me to continue on with my trip with minimal interruption. I've never been here. I literally looked on google after work on kind of an emergency hurry-and-get-it-done type thing. Took me in right away without any hesitation and immediately gave me a price. No BS, none of that "I'll tell you what it costs after I do the service". Albert is so so kind! Someone from enterprise brought him a box of donuts as I drove in and he immediately offered me a donut, type of kind'. And of course, because I love food. I took the fresh chocolate bar donut. Believe ALL of Albert's great reviews. My Prius stopped running when the "Check Hybrid System" light was on. The Triple A driver Ali recommended that he tow it to ADM. He said Albert would call me at 8 am if I left the key. Albert called after 8 am with a free diagnostic of what was wrong with my hybrid system. He said the car ran out of gas because the floater sensor wasn't working. He replaced the sensor that tells the dashboard how much gas is in the tank. Parts and labor was $500. People always try to take advantage by asking what's wrong with the car and then taking the car to a different mechanic. I don't think that's fair. The catalytic converter on my 2012 Prius V was stolen and I found ADM on the internet. AAA towed my car to Albert who waited for me on a Saturday afternoon. Albert got me a genuine Toyota catalytic converter within a few days, worked with me and my insurance company, and recommended a reputable company for me to use to buy a cc cage. Albert installed that for free. When I came to pick up the car, Albert showed me photos and a video (!) of the area under my car. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The owner who was helping me was very rude. He said he'd be open until 6, and I got there 5:50 but he was already gone. I called and he said "I waited but nobody came"...but he didn't wait until 6, and I was there before closing!!! When I asked him to explain some of my car repairs, he was very rude and impatient. I came to ADM since it was conveniently located near my work and I needed to get a smog check before registering my car. I'm glad I came! First off, I was planning on having to drop my car off & walking to work, but I was told it wouldn't take long and within 20 minutes I was back on my way with all my paperwork. I believe it was Albert who helped me and he was both professional and quick. I greatly appreciated that. He also asked me where I found him and when I said Yelp he immediately offered me a discount of $10! Even better! While I don't ever hope to have to go back to get my car fixed, but if I am in the area and need someone to take a quick look under the hood, I'll certainly be headed to ADM. read more

He diagnosed the issue, and so I opted to leave my car with him instead of going to the Lexus dealer, which used to be my go-to for auto repair. I have always been treated with respect by Albert. My car is 16 yrs old but I can go by and know whatever is wrong will be made right. I don't feel as though I'm being taken advantage of. Albert offers options for what is pertinent. ADM's pricing is reasonable, the wait time for repairs is rarely beyond a day & if necessary, the Enterprise car rental next door honors the ADM customer discount. The main drawback is it is a small operation so it's awkward driving in as they are at a busy intersection, they share a lot with the 76 gas station & there's minimal space to park. read more

Don't go here for mechanical work. They replaced my car with a bum alternator, overcharged me for it and needed to get it replaced somewhere else less than three months after. My plates also got stolen in the lot. There are plenty of good body shops but this isn't one of them. read more

At around 5:20pm today I was mass-calling all the star-certified Smog Test Stations near me and all of them said they were closed for the day, EVEN when it says online that they're open till 6pm.
