Do NOT take your vehicle here. I had one of the worst…read morecustomer‑service experiences I've ever encountered at this shop. My vehicle died while I was at the post office directly across the street from their repair facility. I walked in and politely asked the gentleman at the front desk if he could give me a quick jump. Before I could even finish my sentence, he cut me off--rude, dismissive, and abrupt--and said "no." I even explained that I'm an automotive technician myself and fully understand that time is valuable. I told him I would pay for the jump, considering it was less than 50 feet away. He still refused. This interaction made it very clear that customer service is not a priority here. In a community like ours, respect and professionalism matter. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.
