The staff is super friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions regarding the different flavors and combinations. They have a nice menu for every possible snack craving you could have. Their raspados are delicious and have natural fresh fruit. Also their ice cream tastes a lot like Mexican garrafa ice cream iyky and its located inside the American Eatery Co Which is very clean and pleasant.

A refreshing spot for raspados with multiple eateries in the vicinity. I tried the 12 oz strawberry rasapdo which had the right amount of ice, fruit, and syrups. The strawberries were high in sugar so be aware if you don't have a sweet tooth. Each item is handcrafted but is worth the wait. Highly recommend checking out if you are in the area!

It's in American Eats Co next to the coffee shop. It's a cute little place - AEC has lots of seating available. We went on a Wednesday evening and there wasn't many people so thankfully we were able to find seating. i ordered the vanilla raspado with lechera and it was delicious!

Thanks Yelp for turning us on to this treat! The server was so super friendly and the raspados here are sooo delicious. The added plus is that they include the ice cream and lechera at no extra cost! The homemade fruit syrups make it all worth the little wait we had. Located in a fun relaxed ambiance with many dinner choices, but know parking is a bit tricky.

What a great find. My Wife and I went here for a drink and there is so many places here you could eat at as well. We got 2 Guas Frescas with the tamarindo rims. The drinks were so refreshing and the person helping was very helpful. Stop by get a drink from them and then maybe a bite to eat after.

I always go to Adis when I'm at American Eat co, they have some of the best aguas frescas I've ever had in my life!

Love the vibe of this place! Even right at opening time on Sunday at 11am the place was teeming with people but there were plenty of places to sit down and enjoy the yummy offerings from Adi's Aguas Frescas! I enjoyed the complimentary Coconut Horchata with a cinnamon and coconut lechera rim. It was refreshing and served in an adorable glass! I also tried the Tostilocos which were amazing! Tostios base with cucumbers, jicama, peanuts, chamoy and more! The service was awesome, the lady at the register answered all my questions and was super quick getting my order together. I loved the atmosphere, a mariachi band even showed up and started playing for the patrons - too cool! Parking can be challenging but otherwise it's a cool spot to hang out and there are tons of other eateries and a bar for a variety of palates.

The drinks were yummy and love the chamoy straw and tamarindo rim. The dragon fruit lemonade is very flavorful and I will be back.

The cup contains a light-colored beverage with visible ice and lime slices. The background shows a restaurant interior with framed photos, decorative signs, and a person working behind the counter.

Absolutely outstanding ice cream. A must-visit in Tucson…read more The Screamery is hands down one of the best ice cream shops I've ever been to. The flavors are bold, creative, and perfectly balanced, and the quality is immediately obvious from the very first bite. Every scoop tastes thoughtfully crafted, not overly sweet, and incredibly fresh. I don't say this lightly--I formerly owned a frozen yogurt shop, and these flavors are better than even my own creations. That's how good this place is. The texture, the depth of flavor, and the consistency across offerings are exceptional. The Screamery truly deserves awards for what they're doing. If you're even remotely an ice cream lover, this is a non-negotiable stop in Tucson. Highly, highly recommend.

But they scoop glutenous ice cream then put it in the water.... and use that to scoop your gluten free ice cream. You can request a new scoop, but that doesn't really help all the times they already used a glutenous scoop in an ice cream thats gluten free. Easy fix would be to put all gf flavors together, and keep a scoop with them... but they haven't gotten there yet. Most places, you can request fresh scoops from new containers... but here, they want you to call ahead to do that..... and while that might work for most, we usually spur of the moment ice cream people. My family still goes here without me, but I no longer buy large containers to take home. I am not sensitive to cross contamination, but here, I have been getting sick consistently so I just stopped going.

There are many flavor options and even a couple of non-dairy choices. The service is a bit hit-or-miss, and really just depends on the staff there at the time as well as the specific location. Beyond the regular cones and cups they also have some options such as the flight, nachos, and the banana split. They also specific which flavors have gluten. They used to advertise that their dairy came from grass-fed cows, but that stopped a few years ago so I'm guessing that is no longer the case. While that's what caught my attention and actually got me in the door, I've stayed a customer because they do mention that their dairy comes from cows that have not been given antibiotics or hormones. So for those who pay attention to such things, take note! This locations is pretty small but I do like that they have just a couple of outdoor tables with chairs so that I can sit outside when it's nice weather.

Off the top--one of the best ice creams you can get. Service is good and friendly. I'm concerned…read morethat sometimes only one employee, a girl, a 14-year-old girl (!) is working by herself late at night. Safety issue. Apparently the owner doesn't care much about the safety issue nor the illegality of hiring an under aged minor. Store is not dirty, but doesn't give the impression of a 5-star clean store, either. But it is good. Seating capacity is pretty much standard for a BR31, which translates to "not a whole lot". About typical for most ice cream places like Cold Stone. Parking could be better. Limited number of spaces attached to this building. OK, now let's talk ice cream. I like to get pre-packed quarts because it is cheaper than buying it on a cone. Not only that, but you get a deal on two quarts and at some BR31's a deal on four quarts. (But not at this one.) Baskin Robbins puts more cream content in their ice cream than most, that's why it is rich. Their flavors are some of the best. In my opinion, BR31 has the best mint chocolate chip on the planet. As is their peanut butter n' chocolate, pralines and cream, almond mocha fudge, rocky road (sorry Dreyer's!), chocolate fudge, and Baseball Nut. Items on their extended menu like drinks and sundaes are incredible. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
