Stopped by here to see if they had any FIFA merchandise, and I'm so glad I did! They actually had a few things that the official FIFA store a couple of stores down didn't have, so I ended up buying from here instead. The lady who helped me was so kind and friendly. She answered all of my questions and made the shopping experience really easy. I ended up getting the small FIFA soccer ball as a surprise for my dog because she absolutely loves playing with balls! It was only $15, which I thought was a great price. If you're looking for FIFA merch, definitely stop by and check this place out while supplies last! But also go to the official FIFA store before they close next month because many things they have are the same and cheaper. read more

Beware: False Advertising! I rarely write reviews, but not only they they have false advertising, Adidas company was not willing to make things right. Last weekend I went to this store tidies on boost shoe which has a sign next to it saying buy a boost shoe and get 30% off your entire order. I tried it on and asked the store employee that brought me the shoe if this shoe is on sale. He said yes and helped calculate that instead of paying $180 it would be $126. I decided to get the shoes. The store manager said that these specific shoes are excluded from this promotion. I showed him the sign and told him that is misleading. He agreed with me but told me that he can not give me the discount. They explained to me that on shoes that are excluded there is a ticket that say excluded. But the specific shoes I picked up didn't have that tag either. The next day, I contact Adidas support and they asked questions, I also sent them a picture of the sign and shoes next to the sign. They apologized for the misleading advertising (false advertising) but after multiple emails back and forth they said there is nothing they can do about it because the issue is with the store. I asked them send my information and complaint to Headquarters and they say that they will do that but at this point I doubt it. read more

Don't go here. People here are incompetent and cant handle a simple return from an order that was bought from adidas online. It clearly states in the return order that it can be returned in store. Sales associate never even put my order number in the system. Wasted my time and lost a customer from this place read more

I have wore this shoes a few times and today I notice how uncomfortable they are to walk in... because of returning policy I can't exchange them but honestly adidas do better I went there expecting good quality and for the shoe to fall apart and not hold on just shows the quality you put into making your shoes I give it two stars because the style is great which is a shoe I would like to wear more often but if I can't even walk with sneaker with out it being comfortable then it's not worth it Also it doesn't make it visually appealing when the shoes look different Picture as proof read more

He got some cool " squishy" athletic shoes. Service was easy but marketing by the sales person and the counter rep was just too much. thats the reason for the 4 stars. Not their fault, thats management training them, but seriously there were at least 3 causes they asked you to support or round up and tried to say they needed your email address in order to get the QR discount the sales person "sold" with the shoes. I nixed that. Seriously. we came in to buy shoes not be a slave to marketing emails. Chill adidas. We had a good experience and he likes the shoes so we might be back if we are not hounded to death! read more

This is def my new FAV Adidas location! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff there. The store was organized and impressively clean -- especially in comparison to other stores on the Promenade. And I loved that I didn't have to go on a search and rescue to find an associate willing to pull a size for me -- they were super proactive and happy to assist. Plus, this location seems to always have what I need vs. the others. So, Adidas SaMo, you've got a new fan read more

I hate to do this, but I feel it's my civic responsibility to warn other shoppers about this place. If you can go to any other Addidas please do so. I ordered some shoes and requested to pick them up at the SM location via the click and collect system. As soon as I walked in I noticed one of the employees was "working out" while chatting up another coworker. We made eye contact but she just kept doing her thing. Fine. I looked for a counter that I could get assistance at but there was no one at the register. Ok. Finally, the employee "working out" slowly made her way over to the register and I let her know I was there to pick up my order. She immediately told me that their store no longer had the click and collect system. Reaaalllly? I showed her my email confirmation and she looked annoyed that ,yes, her store did indeed still have that available. She rolled her eyes and had my order brought out to me. Listen, I get it. You're stuck at a job you probably hate and are likely trying to get through the pandemic, but have some damn manners. Also, I know the gyms are closed and you have to figure out how to keep your form but I doubt that 2 lb shoe box is going to do much for ya. Seriously, don't come here. read more

First of all, they're not in this location anymore!!! They're not even responsible enough to update their address on yelp/google. Here is the process, you need to go all the way to their previous location and see new address on piece of small paper attached to the door then walk 3 blocks away to the new address. Second of all, cashier number 00429357 is the most low class rude customer service I've seen in my entire life. She acts like she does a world huge favor to help customer purchase. on 12/11/2021 I came to the store to pick up yeezy foam runner I was selected as a winner and won for a size 7 I was running 10 minutes late and I notified the manager who said it's ok they will be able to hold them !!! Once I got to the store they stated that they never had a size 7 which is a LIE!!!!!! These employees decided to steal my pair and act like I didn't just get confirmation from the manager that he would hold my pair and once I got there they said there was never a size 7!!! I'm sure this isn't this first time this has happened !! This is unacceptable and the employees involved and the manager should get fired !!!! read more

I'm not really a sneaker head but I had to come into the Adidas store to buy my wife a pair of shoes for our 13 year wedding anniversary. As soon as I walked in everyone that I encountered said hello to me or greeted me with a how are you doing. I felt reassured that I would not have a problem getting help when I decided what to buy. The sales staff is very good and will even help you with additional suggestions if you're not sure as to what you really want to buy. They did this in a gentle way and did not pressure me so I was very receptive to see the suggestions that they had for me. Long story boring, I ended up buying my wife a pair of shoes I'm not sure the name, but my wife was very happy with them so I am very happy with the Adidas store. The only drawback to this store is you have to either park at a meter on Wilshire Boulevard to get to it, or you have to park in one of the god awful dreaded Santa Monica city public parking structures. All in all, I give the store five stars. They were courteous kind helpful and help me to achieve my goal, and I did not even spend $100. Thanks Adidas!!! read more

So sad at the customer service in this store. I live down the street and walked in Sunday prior to my run and asked them to hold a few things for me. They agreed, I finished my run and went back in the store to pay for my items, they had put them away. Super frustrating and I had no time to search again nor stand in line. Employee behind desk told me to go find items again. No time and I was a bit irritated so left the store. Stopped back in today nobody offers to help me. I find an employee and tell her what happened and ask if they can honor sales price (I think it was 30% off). Employee says no. I go to put items away because I find that terrible but then ask to speak with manager. She tells me she is the manager, no apology for stores bad customer service, just a "it would have taken less than a minute to find the items again" you were frustrated but it would have to not taken a minute. It took me five to stand in line for the items that they neglected to hold as they had agreed and would have taken at least ten more to find the items. Had the manager even apologized for the bad customer service over the weekend I likely would have just paid full price. But no apology from the employee last week or the manager today. Pathetic customer service. It may be notable that I was wearing all Adidas gear last weekend and had on an adidas top, jacket and shoes today. I have worn Stan Smith shoes for about the last 45 years and I think I am done because of this poor service. I work in customer service and am so sick of companies that don't value my service. People have choices, I walked across the promenade and spent my $300 there. Bye adidas, you may want to train your managers. The money is not even the big thing, the lack of any apology is what really turned me off. read more

My daughter In-law and I were at this location Saturday night. It was 10 minutes to closing. We both picked out a pair of tennis shoes we wanted. Came here on my day off last week to see and try on the much hyped ultra boost shoe. I have a friend and brother who absolutely swear by them. I was stoked to finally walk in to the Adidas store to try on a pair and perhaps make a purchase. The employee who helped me didn't greet me, matter of fact, he acted like I was a guest in his house who was tossed in his lap. He had a snarky attitude and was responding with one word answers. He acted as if he gave birth to the ultra boost shoes, and gave off the vibe that I wasn't worthy of them. I asked if I could try on two pairs to figure out what my size would be in Adidas, considering I've worn Nike my whole life. When he returned with the shoes for me to try on, I was looking in a different direction at another pair of shoes in the store (mind you, I didn't know he returned), and my wife informed me that he was just holding the boxes at my side, without saying a word that had arrived. He didn't take the shoes out of the box, nor did he offer to lace the shoes up for me. He never came by to see how they fit, matter of fact, he never returned to check up on us. Mind you, I probably spent 10-12 minuted trying them on and walking around the store to get a feel for them. When I visited Champs afterwards, across the way, I had at least 5 different employees ask me if I needed any help or if I wanted to try anything on. The employees at Champs were eager to offer their assistance and help while I was browsing the store. My experience at Adidas was an absolute joke. read more

Not only does this Adidas store carry the greatest shoe selection known to athletic shoes it has the most knowledgeable staff I've ever met. I go in the store maybe two - three times a month as I find myself on the Santa Monica Promenade. My question this day was simple. I need a cleaning spray or compound to clean my white Adidas for tennis. They were far from the white white as we all like them. A terrific young lady helped me, and I hate myself for forgetting her name she gave me the greatest advice to clean shoes ever. Take the laces out take the innersoles out put the shoes in a white pillowcase tie it up and throw them in the wash with whites. BOOM. GENIUS. ADIDAS read more

It was a big time disappointment time and experience I came here today for the Donovan mitchell and also to buy shoes they didn't have anything only 2 basketball shoes to choose from and I asked them can I buy a basketball so Donovan can sign it they said yes so I had to pay money for a taxi because my car was far away to go to big 5 rush back to make in time wait for hours just to go in the store and find out their not allowing me to get the ball signed that I bought when they told me it was allowed I ended up buying a little kids adidas basketball for 10 dollars for him to sign when my other friends got their stuff signed it was a very unorganized store staff and security and the event on top of it + it was the worst experience in my life I am very angry and disappointed I felt like absolute garbage and disrespected as a customer when I supported adidas my whole life I was a basketball coach and bought my kids who I coach adidas gear so it's a shame I regret it to this day they basically spit in my face I wasted my money and time in this store don't ever go here please save yourself the trouble I will call and complain as well to the store and their cooperate staff and their manager I wish I can give 0 stars !!!!!! It allows me to give only one it's sad but this is how I feel it's the truth they deserve 0 stars other people behind me in line bought basketballs thinking their gonna get it signed by this ridiculous store has it's stupid rules and policy I'm very upset don't ever go to this damn store it's terrible absolute disgrace read more

Be careful! After being a long-time Nike customer, I just bought my first pair of Adidas from Adidas.com. I was impressed by their design and thought it'd be fun to mix it up. The shoes arrived at my office today at 3pm. I tried them on, walked around my office for a minute to feel them out, and it was immediately clear that they were too small for my feet. The return policy said that I could return the shoes to any Adidas retail location. I went straight to the Adidas store in Santa Monica after work, where the manager had the nerve to tell me that the shoes were too "worn" and that she couldn't accept them for return. At first I thought she was kidding. The shoes have zero sign of wear, nor would they have any wear considering they were only ever worn for less than 5 minutes inside a clean office. They were at least as clean as any shoes you'd try on at the store, and I have to image even cleaner than any shoes you'd try on at the store. She then also tried to pretend that she couldn't accept the return since they were bought online and not at her store - which is the exact opposite of what Adidas' return policy advertises. This manager's name is Whitney McLauglin. Beware. She might just be one bad apple at an otherwise good store, but her attitude was so rude and unfathomabl. I won't be going back to that store and I will be taking it up with Adidas customer service. It really felt unjust and weird being put in the position of being told clean and unworn shoes were too "unclean" and "worn" for return. Proceed with caution. read more
