Never in my life did I think this would happen to us. About an hour ago we went to this location to get the sizing for my son's jersey. The greeter at the door was very helpful, everything went down hill once we got to the dressing room. My son is disabled and requires help getting dressed, from the start the girl working that area had a very bad attitude. She asked how many pieces and we told her two, both my husband and I usually always go inside with our son to help him get dressed. She said only one adult and my son, it felt like she was trying to accuse us of something. I told her my son is disabled and she disregarded it and talked over me. Not once did she offer us the handicapped dressing room, that's when I told her I'll dress my son with the door wide open to make HER feel comfortable. She simply walked away and that was it, unfortunately I didn't catch her name. I told the greeter at the door that I'd be calling and making a complaint. It's a shame that this happened, so if you were working the closing shift tonight I hope they did have a conversation with you. That is not how you treat people, especially people with disabilities. This happened between 7:20-7:25pm, she has glasses and blonde hair. I hope no one else has to go through what we went through tonight. She called her manager and he said we can't do that but we can take the item back at the current value in store. He told me $6... I almost laughed because I bought it on sale for $40. I've never seen an item that cheap in any sports store. Last but not last they're clueless about receipts being kept in your Adidas account. He said it should be in your application account. While visiting my son in San Diego we came out to this store so that I could use my 30% off coupon. I wanted to get some swag for our friends, for my fiancé's birthday in Vegas next month. After browsing through the store I found some cool items. But I would need 27 of each. A store associate helped us with getting more in the back. I didn't catch their name so I can't thank them on here. Now let's talk about Alexa.... When we went to check out, our cashier, Alexa, who had the sweetest smile, was so patient, kind & very thorough. We had to split the transactions into three & some of the items did not have tags, or their RFID tags were compromised. Nevertheless, she kept a smile on her face the whole time while working quickly to create new tags & making sure that everything rang up correctly. I was watching all the other store associates work & everybody had a great positive attitude. All smiles while busy working, communicating with one another & the customers. Just a damn great day inside the Adidas store, I guess. By the way, most everything was 50% off!! & I was able to use my 30% off too!!! Just decided to check out the outlet on a Saturday night. It looked like Black Friday today what is going on? As we get into Adidas, "Additional 60% off' wha?! No wonder everyone is going crazy in here. This sale is not even on the website. They had a huge selection of styles that are normally not here. Ended getting a few shoes for steals. While in National City (San Diego area), I had some time to kill, so I drove to the Adidas Outlet store. It was an easy drive of 20 minutes down the I-805 South and I took the last USA exit, then made a right turn and found the mall on my left. I parked, then walked to the Adidas store. I was only looking for tennis clothes (shirts or shorts) and this location had a full rack of 2012 items. I almost bought a matching outfit (urban blue), but just went with white tennis shorts. ! R O L A N D ! We are new shoppers to Adidas and we were so close to never going back.. We went in to attempt a return for a few items of purchases from different days. To our understanding we would receive an e-receipt from those purchases, which we never did. At this point we are on the phone with customer care, because manager Rogelio, "could not do anything for us" only to find out that C.C can only help online orders. He took time out of his busy schedule to assist us with finding our transaction through our email, purchase amount and last four card number. I was just itching to to quote Run-DMC's "My Adidas" song in my review but I see that someone has already beat me to it. Kudos to them. Oh well, on with a bland review. I found a pair of sneakers that were really comfortable at a sporting goods store in the style and color I wanted but they didn't have them in my size so I tried looking them up online only to find they were discontinuing that particular style. My luck as usual, late to the party. I decided to come down here as a last ditch effort to find what I was looking for. Didn't find the color I wanted but I did find one I liked even better and got them instead. The employees were helpful and courteous and let me know that a promotion was going on that discounted the shoes tremendously if you bought a second pair. Because of this, the wife and I both got shoes and paid 50% less than the sale price for each pair. Awesome. The thing I don't enjoy about shopping here is because of the great deals, the store gets extremely crowded and lack of available seating for trying on shoes. I've been to this Adidas store a couple of times now. Both times there I have seen some nice clearance items and sales that can be put on top of the clearance items! I've found some really nice shoes and clothes here for cheap (clearance BOGO type) and this is basically the only store my boyfriend can find any shoes he likes to wear. This store is organized and clean. They always seem well stocked. I had a lady that was nice to me (greeted me and offered her help if needed). The registers/lines can be a hit or miss because it can be super long and the wait is crazy or they can move you along pretty quick even though the lines are long. Overall, not a bad place to shop, especially if you like the Adidas brand. read more

I came here to look for some shoes for the boy. This is an outlet store so it's pretty much hit and miss. I was happy I found the boy some decent shoes that were marked with a red tag therefore I could get something else for half off. I couldn't find any shoes for myself so I got some flip flops that were all padded and perdy. The deals are not bad if you have the time and patience to sort through everything and look through clearance racks. Not much customer service around to help you though. I decided to go a few days before thanksgiving and the line was ridiculous. Arrived at 7pm, they closed at 9pm. I stood in line for 1 hour and 55 min to get in the store at 8:55pm. There wasn't much to this store when I walked in. You have your racks of sports apparel for men on one side and women on the other. All Adidas style with 3 stripes running down the sides in all it's glory. I was probably not feeling the store so much because there wasn't a huge sale. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I LEFT FEELING THREATENED, ANGRY, and I was SHAKING... Online customer service for Adidas said I could return them to any Adidas store, so I went to the one closest to me.... When I went into the store, I was the most politest person in the world. The original cashier who tried to help me couldn't figure out how to return online purchases and the manager was occupied with another customer so I politely voluntarily stepped aside so the cashier could help others in line. I waited for 30 minutes. The Manager called other people waiting in line before helping me since the line was long, which I was ok with. I politely explained to him the shoes did not fit myself or any of my family members and I was given the OK by online customer service that I could return them at any Adidas store. Here are a few exact quotes the manager said to me... it was burned into my mind. "Why are you returning these at my store?" "You are ripping off my store with your returns." "Why didn't you go to Carlsbad or just send them back online?" "I should just deny you these returns" "I don't ever want to see you returning things here" "You're lucky I'm processing these." "I should tell customer service not to tell people they can return these here." "They shouldn't have told you you could return them here." "You are ruining my sales numbers." etc... He repeated these comments many times to me and others that I can't quite remember. He said them to me very angry and threateningly. I do not wish anyone to experience what he put me through. I was soo nice to them and they were soo mean. I work as a Customer Service Supervisor for a bank so even I could handle some rude people, but even I was shaking as I left the store... They have some great deals, that is the reason I am adding one star. Customer service is horrible. I will never go there again!!! The cashier was saving an exact sweater that I was purchasing for her mom. She took the sweater that she had already scanned out of the bag and told me she could not sell me this sweater. I asked why, she told me she has saving it for "a customer". At this point I was very upset because she was talking across the room to the other cashier where her mom was paying. I asked questions and she would completely ingore me. She told me that the price on some shorts I was trying to purchase was wrong, and could not sell it to me. She was very rude! Then when she cancelled the transaction of the sweater that she told me she could not sell to me, she handed the sweater to her mom infront of me!!! At this point I should have spoken to the manager. I did not, and I regret it. Then she realized that the exact sweater was behind her (I think that was the sweater she had originally saved) and then screamed at her mom across the room to come back because it was the wrong sweater she had saved.I was very upset, but I really liked the sweater :) She did not apologize or say good-bye when we left the store. I stop by the downtown adidas store on a regular basis, so I was interested in checking out the Outlet version at Las Americas. They biggest suprise was the mutliple racks of random xxl and xl adidas "Fashion" items of the kind you would see downtown. However, they are totally random and all XXL. What is the lesson to be learned from that? The work out gear was pretty lame, discounts were weak- 25% of list price. The shoes were pretty good- again- there were some cool "fashion" shoes on offer. Interesting to see what totally failed to sell show up in an Outlet store. read more

The store manager refused to honor the sticker price of a shoes. He was unwilling to work out a compromise as well and said he didn't have to follow weights and measurement rules of San Diego. I didn't have a confrontation with him since he refused to change. I paid for the product and found out that I was over charged. Came in today looking for a specific pair of shoes. Saw a couple that were nice but my size wasn't out. Jorge not only found all the sizes in the back , I found the pair I was looking for. But, my size wasn't available. Jorge came back with the sad news but came back with an even nicer pair than what I had been looking for. They were perfect. Well I was walking around the Las Americas Outlet and I decided to walk in to the Adidas Store in the Outlet and It is well organized and Of course I walk to the Clearance Racks near the back to see what deals they have going on here . So I notice if you come here at the right time you can score some extra savings on top of the Clearance prices . So the racks in the back was normal clearance price with no extra savings but if your looking for Running or Any Sports Apparel then this is the spot . The bully/manager then came from his office and told me that I can't buy shoes and asked me to even leave the store. WOW, the guy is a store manager. AMAZING. This ordeal will get a court epilogue. To top it off as I'm looking through this rack of awesome clothes I hear this man asking (in spanish) one of the ladies that works there for the number to put in a complaint.
