Premier has always been very busy every time I've been in, but check in doesn't take long and wait times aren't that horrible. There is plenty of comfortable seating and complimentary bottled water and sodas. The techs are extremely friendly and although you know they're on a tight schedule, I've never felt like they've rushed through imaging nor felt rushed to leave when they are done. The entire facility is clean and appears well maintained. Results usually come back to my providers fairly quickly as well.

The first MRI caused me to have a flashback, the staff was told not to touch me, they ignored that rule. I told the Staff I need my service dog and wife because I need to take some medicine..... I was not allowed to have my service dog near me because they had a Muslim working in the dept and was giving me the test. This is a violation of VA policy and the federal law protecting people under ADA and DOJ jurisdiction and standards that a service dog can be with me in any situation of a hospital except the operating room or where there are open wounds. Every single person that had came in contact with me during this remarked how well me dog behave. The head person, Gwen, came in an area where I was gathering myself and waiting for my wife to bring my dog and medicine to me. Gwen the in a demanding mentor and determined voice told me that I need to hurry up and come to the room to get the next MRI!! It a space of 8 minutes she did this 3 times. My wife came back with me to a waiting area by the room where the test was taking place. Gwen then began berating me and wife of my dog along with the Muslim woman that was standing near me. After a conversation of her telling me she did not want me at their place of business because of my service dog, I proceeded to take the second test, due to the berating I was receiving, the staff not listening that the machine was burning me due to the coils overheating I had another flashback. Gwen had already called the police, I was in the machine. She pulled me out of the machine where when my head exited the machine she was bent down where her face was touching mine and yelling at me and the other Tech about she didn't have time for this and once again said she didn't want me in her room. I was standing trying to gather myself and recover from the flashback when she came in the room yelling I need to get out she had other patients.... She did this 3 more times each time me asking for a minute to gather myself.... She then screamed that she had called the police and Officer Lord was at th door and I need to leave. The officer never said a word to me at all. After a few minutes I got my self composed. I left the room went to the locker to retrieve my stuff when I asked the officer for an incident report number he denied me one. Then said that Gwen wanted me to leave... They did not issue me a trespass and after 7 mins of telling me he was not going to do a report for escorting me off the premises, I told him that I was calling the Desk Sargent and Cheif before leaving the premises for him refusing me a incident report number where they called the police because I was doing what was with in my rights under the ADA and DOJ! He reluctantly gave me the incident number. Remember that I am a combat veteran that was sent here by the VA and was treated this way because in the Muslim religion they think dogs are unclean animals. I have to have this service dog for having served my country. The main person in charge of this location was not there and this is a case of Three women in total.... Gwen, The Muslim and the Person left in charge for the day decided to mistreat and abuse a Disabled Combat Veteran.... I am filing a report with the State, DOJ VA and the ADA for the abuse received at this location. I will not recommend them under any circumstance and hope you choose a better establishment then this one. They treated me like a criminal and a second class citizen because I needed a service dog and they hired a Muslim did not want to be around a dog. I bleed for my country and the VA sent me here to have my PTSD pushed till I had 2 flashbacks and then called the cops on me for a medical condition.... These people live under the freedom that I fought for all to be able to treat me like a POS. Please do not use this place till they change their policy and treat veterans with respect. In March 2026, I paid my bill in full on the day of service. Because of their internal errors, I actually overpaid, leaving them with a $131.25 credit belonging to me. Despite having an official receipt featuring the Premier Radiology logo, my account number, insurance details, and transaction timestamps, their "review team" claimed they could not locate the payment. Instead of resolving their internal mistake, they forwarded my account straight to a collections agency without ever attempting to call or email me.As a billing professional myself, I know that when a business loses track of a documented payment, the burden of proof and correction falls on the company--not the client. Forcing an innocent patient to battle a debt collector over corporate incompetence is completely unacceptable. After a firm conversation demanding accountability, a representative agreed to pause the collections agency for 45 days while they look for the money they already pocketed. This is a recurring issue, as evidenced by numerous similar reviews detailing their administrative disorganization. I am actively reporting this matter to the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission. Save every single receipt if you use this facility.

Rather than helping me work through the situation, she appeared visibly frustrated, and her facial expressions and body language made me feel as though I had done something wrong. She commented that after the exam she would have to start calling clinics to determine where my previous mammogram had been performed. At one point, I asked for her name. She responded, "I told you when I called you back." That response confirmed my impression that she was being unnecessarily rude. I told her that I felt she was being rude and that I didn't understand why. She replied, "I'm from Michigan, and I get that a lot." While I appreciated her honesty, it suggested that she was already aware that others have perceived her communication style as unfriendly. I understand that healthcare professionals have demanding jobs, and I appreciate the importance of obtaining prior imaging for accurate comparisons. My concern is not with the process itself, but with how I was treated throughout the interaction. Patients, especially those who may be anxious or unfamiliar with the process, deserve to be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located. At this point, I'm undecided about returning for future screenings. There are several imaging centers in the area, and patient experience is an important part of healthcare. They finally issued the scan report on June 24 (18 days to do a simple report!) After I was told this morning that the report was ready, I went to my lung doctor to get the results. I found that they did not perform the comparison; instead, they only reported on the scan from Hendersonville. Premier Radiology has been bought by Grovecourt Capital Partners, a private equity firm that only seems to care about the bottom line!!

I received a claim from my insurance company shortly after and discovered I had been charged the amount my insurance was supposed to pay. My total was supposed to be $12. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, since realizing the issue, I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone at the organization. There's an automated phone system that goes in a loop and just sends you through endless prompts until you cycle back to the original prompt. My insurance company has been able to get through once, but PR wouldn't allow them to speak on my behalf. After the initial call, they haven't been able to get in contact with them either. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. I would recommend going anywhere else if possible.
