I needed a comparison CT lung scan with one I had in TEXAS in April. I visited the Hendersonville location on June 6 and underwent the scan. They finally issued the scan report on June 24 (18 days to do a simple report!) After I was told this morning that the report was ready, I went to my lung doctor to get the results. I found that they did not perform the comparison; instead, they only reported on the scan from Hendersonville. Premier Radiology has been bought by Grovecourt Capital Partners, a private equity firm that only seems to care about the bottom line!! read more

Had a CT scan over two weeks ago. I kept asking my referring doctor the results and PR has lost it. When I call PR they show it has not been read yet. Hopefully my issues are not severe because I waiting nearly 3 weeks for answers is unacceptable in my opinion. This place is mismanaged and they need major improvements. read more

I was referred to Premier Radiology for a very routine test. When checking in, I was told my co-pay would be $63. I thought that was odd since my co-pays are typically in $5 increments, but I had to pay it in order to receive the service, so I paid it and went on. I received a claim from my insurance company shortly after and discovered I had been charged the amount my insurance was supposed to pay. My total was supposed to be $12. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. However, since realizing the issue, I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone at the organization. There's an automated phone system that goes in a loop and just sends you through endless prompts until you cycle back to the original prompt. My insurance company has been able to get through once, but PR wouldn't allow them to speak on my behalf. After the initial call, they haven't been able to get in contact with them either. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. I would recommend going anywhere else if possible. read more

Parking might be an issue for some. We were lucky someone was leaving a parking spot when we arrived. Check in was quick. The ladies I interacted with were both very friendly at the front check in area. I ended up waiting 45 minutes to be called for my ultrasound. The staff at the back doing the ultrasound were also friendly, caring and quick. The building is very dated but it was clean. read more

I paid my bill on the date of service $575. My insurance paid the bill in full on 6/9/25. Instead of refunding my payment, they pulled another payment of $575 without my permission. I called and all though the understand, it is their policy that refunds take 30-45 days. So now I have to wait over a month to receive the money they stole from my bank account. Lawyer has been called!!!! Premier Radiology is a thief!!!! Never pay with a card!!!!! They will rob you blind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Do not use these people unless you enjoy being herded like cattle and turned over to collection agency for a bill that has been paid for month's. Paid thos bill in August of 2024. They deposited the check in August 2024. Have called numerous times to clear it up (call center is in the Phillipines) sent a copy of check, front and back, and as of today they still can't find the payment and it is still sitting in collections. A sign of how desperate the medical industry is. read more

Since 2/9 (the day when my two MRIs were scheduled) I have been calling about my 2/27 and 3/1 appointments/insurance approval. First week, it took a week for them to tell me they were missing clinical notes and said they've been asking my doctor. I obtained the the notes for them from my dr. within 2 days along with the updated order info. I was told they'd resubmit with new info on 2/20. This is after they berated me saying they were missing clinical notes and the order was changed. I said that I had to call every day for a week to see what the hold up was before I was told the clinical notes were missing. Since they now had the clinical notes and the new order, can they please submit these and keep me posted. I spent 2 days not calling which was a mistake. Becuase I should have been calling every day like I have been since 2/9. Today, on 2/24 I find out one of them for 2/27 is denied. I was not notified and would've shown up. I was told to ask my doctor TODAY to call the insurance for a peer-to-peer review to possibly get it approved. My dr. is a busy man, and this is unfair to have him do this in a one day turnaround. I have called 2x and left 2 messages for him. I am unsure if 2/27 will be approved, and if not, I will have to reschedule this, making me take another day off of work and delaying my care and diagnosis. Again, I was told today on 2/24 that the one on 3/1 hasn't been submitted because again I was told the 'order was updated' and they were 'waiting on clinical notes.' I explained that this was already settled after much work and time on on my part since 2/20. So they are just NOW submitting this second one even though they said they'd do it on 2/20. I again repeated that all of this with my 2/27 and 3/1 could have been avoided and/or solved if anyone was communicating, and I'm spending almost every day calling to get updates and coordinate my own care like a case manager, I'm a registered nurse, I dont' have time for this, and I already asked off work these two days. I asked for the manager's number, and she will not answer. I left a message. I highly suspect I will be told that 'they were waiting on notes' and 'the order changed;' however, it has been ME facilitating any coordination and communication to further my case along and progress - not from any action or initiative on their part, by calling almost every day since 2/9. As of now, I risk paying out of pocket on for both appointments or postponing the appointment where I have to take off work AGAIN and delay my possible diagnoses/care and be in pain and suffering even longer. I feel terrible for anyone not versed in healthcare and for people who are elderly to have to deal with this. This has been humiliating and highly unfair to me. read more

I have had a procedure scheduled for weeks. Just weeks before the procedure, I was called an told that Dr. Sheldon does not allow for conscious sedation - although Premier Radiology does. I have had this procedure many times and have never encountered a single doctor who over-rides the police of a providing facility. I am speechless. read more

My insurance sucks!! But this place doesn't! Premier contacted me in regards to them not receiving approval for a scan. They provided a number for me to call and they also made calls on my behalf as well as had my issue Nieves to urgent due to my scan being the next day. Premier called me back like they said they would and verified my insurance finally sent the paperwork and I was good to go! Check in was easy, wait wasn't long, front desk clerk was professional, courteous and explained everything I was signing. read more

No I don't recommend this place. I don't recommend on FB, Google, yelp, or any other place I can leave a review. They suck! My husband has been waiting for a month for an MRI for a torn bicep. And was just rescheduled AGAIN and won't be seen till January 9th and don't believe when they tell you to call for cancellations to get an earlier appointment. I have worked with them Professionally and personally and the only way to get them to get their ass in gear is to work for a Doctor that will call and hound them to get it done! So if you or your insurance company has to throw your money somewhere I recommend you do it anywhere but the 22 "convenient" locations around here read more

I arrived for my appointment to be told that I would need to wait over an hour because they take walk-in appointments and those people where there before I was. Why make appointments if everybody get treated as a walk-in. Very unfortunate waste of time. read more

Horrible service. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. My appointment was at 3 pm. I came in and they wouldn't do the order that my doctor specifically prescribed me for some reason. They ended up needing to change it to an ultrasound (which takes 5 minutes) and I waited OVER AN HOUR to be seen. The receptionist, Latisha, raised her voice and was arguing with me about how they had to double book a tech and that I'd be the last to be seen even though I already had an appointment. They are not accommodating and I can't reschedule because the manner is urgent and it's the holidays. I should've just scheduled with Centennial, where I work. read more

My doctor sent me to Premier Radiology for a CT scan on my heart. I called them a week before I went for the test and ask them if there was anything special I needed to do and was told no. I also asked if I needed cash or credit card. Was told cash would be fine. I was told to come in anytime, they did walkins. So, this morning, 10/27/2022 I call them first thing and ask if today was a good day to come for my CT scan and was told yes. So I drove 100 miles and waited about 15 min and then was called to the front desk and told that they could not do the test because the CT machine was down, it had been down for 3 days. So they sent me another location 15 min away and when I got there they said I had to pay with a credit or debit card. Thank goodness the lady took my money since I had drove so far. After I had the test done I then found out on their website that I needed to be fasting, which I was not because they said I did not have to be. The people were very nice but they did not know what they were doing. Which leads me to believe that the test was probably done wrong also. I have no faith at all in the results of the testing or the knowldege of the person who will be reading it. There really needs to be better communication between the office. The lady at Brentwood said, well we have about 36 people who answer the phone. Well that is no excuse. I work for a company that has over 500 people answering the phone and we are all on the same page, because we get memo's sent out when there are changes are problems. Seems like that could be done for your company also. read more

Ok first off it took 6 minutes to get someone on the phone after being put on hold 5 times. That's never a good sign. Then I explained I had a prescription for a breast ultrasound and was told it was their "policy" to insist on a mammogram. I explained I was already diagnosed with breast cancer 5 years ago and have old mammograms but no longer do them and my doctor is fine with that. They stuck fast to the script and refused to honor my wishes and that of my doctor. I still have the tumor having elected not to do surgery. What do you think happens to a protective tumor that is encapsulating the cancer cells when you squash them severely between metal plates? I will not endanger my health because of an arbitrary policy that has no room for the consideration and well being of the individual. I called around. I found a place that will do it just the ultrasound. And from the reviews I've been reading about this place at other locations I'm glad I was forced to look around. read more

I got referred to this location for an MRI of my lower back yesterday by my PCP, Dr. Nika Ferdowsi, DO with the St. Thomas Medical Partners. I was in sooo much pain by the time I entered the doors of this facility. Juanita was 1 of the front Office Staff, who welcomed me with a warm smile & professional office etiquette. She was patient and compassionate. I completed the registration forms & process, paid a portion of my out-of-pocket amount, got a receipt & waited to be called back by a Radiology Technician. Once called back, Debra, the Tech I had informed me that in fact, I wouldn't be able to have an MRI, because of an implanted device I had put in my body in December, 2017. By this time, tears streamed down my face, because of the pain I was in & then to hear that I wouldn't be able to have the MRI test done, was a bit much to handle. Well, Debra told me not to worry & she would contact my Dr. to see if we could do a CatScan instead. It was approved by my PCP & I had to go back through the registration & payment process once again! Juanita took care of everything on my behalf and saved the day! I got the CatScan done, which cost far less than the MRI. Thanks to both Juanita & Debra for your kindness, empathy, due diligence & perseverance to assist me in getting it all done! Great Team Work Ladies & a Great Facility as well! I would highly recommend this location @ St. Thomas Midtown Hospital In Nashville, TN! read more
