Everyone was friendly, well organized and efficient. Wish I captured the name of the registration gal. She was kind and thoughtful and we had a friendly conversation. She genuinely cared about the patients. My tech Rachel was also skilled and was efficient performing my study. Great customer service people all around. If you need x-rays, CT, MRI ultra sounds, etc. , I highly recommend this office. You will complete your procedure quickly and get the results usually the next day. The patient experience was fine. Intake was well done and the bone density scan tech I had was professional and seemed very competent. My problem is that the reports they produce are provided ONLY to the MD and that the format of the reports is such that the MD is unable to add them to the patients electronic record. I wanted to see if I had made progress with the things I was doing to improve bone density and they make it nearly impossible for the patient to manage their own health which I think is highly inappropriate. My MD is going to have to make a photo copy of the results and physically MAIL them to me. Therefore, even though it is convenient and the experience I had there was very pleasant, I won't return for my next one because I believe I should be allowed to see my own test results and manage my own health with information that is contained in my medical records. This is a high level decision for Premier Radiology and they need to address it and revise it to be patient friendly sooner rather than later. read more

Premier Radiology is located in the multi-story medical building that sits directly beside the Target on White Bridge. Was referred here for a test and had no issues from scheduling to check-in, completion of the test and follow up. Nurses were caring and friendly, explained everything from entry to exit. Additionally, I had to reschedule a time or two, and they were always helpful and understanding. Nice waiting room, decent amount of parking, easy to access and overall good experience. read more

I saw many great comments about Linda, and I have to agree--she is amazing. After my mammogram, I mentioned how nervous I was about the results, and she was kind enough to email me as soon as possible to let me know everything was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. The technician was also fantastic--she made me feel completely at ease during a procedure that can be quite uncomfortable. I called and talked to several reps weeks before my appointment trying to get an idea of pricing expectations. Couldn't get a straight answer from anyone despite knowing my exact position procedure and Insurance info. After going there they finally gave me some number. I ended up paying more bc I needed sedation to lock my head in a box for C-Scan. After it was over they gave me a surprise $1600 bill. Saying one if the doctors bills separate. How TF would I know which doctor/ nurse bills through them vs separate. Just one big scam, 0 honesty and 0 integrity. I dare you to get any price otp. read more

I've had numerous back injections at this site, which is the only place I will go. As needed, this is also true for MRI or CT scans. The staff is courteous, friendly, and efficient. I've never had a problem with them. If you have a question, they will find the answer. The doctors also explain the procedure, even if you know what it entails, to confirm that you have all the information to make your procedure as comfortable as possible. I've been in a lot of pain for a long time now. I waited a month for an appointment to get an MRI in an open machine. I've lost count on how many MRIs I've had in my lifetime, but I'm sure it's more than a dozen. My latest being a year ago. Now somebody decided I need an open MRI because I'm so obese. I'm 6'2" and 350 pounds and very strong. So, after waiting a month and struggling every day, my wife and I made the hour-long trip to Premier Radiology on 28 White Bridge Road. Everyone knows Nashville has a lot of bumps and potholes and every one of them hurt me so bad that sometimes I yelled. We arrived at the very spacious place two hours early, just in case we could get in early. There was only one patient there ahead of us, with seating for about 40 or 50 people. We thought we were in luck but soon learned differently. I got called pretty quick.  The technician and I were going over the paperwork concerning my 11 major surgeries, when she asked me about the bullet in my leg. I'm 69 years old and when I was 12, I was accidently shot in the leg with a .22 caliber pistol. The bullet was shattered and a place on my fibula was shattered. All the tiny fragments could not be removed without shredding my leg. I told the technician that the bone healed, and I've not had a minute of problem in all those years. I was refused treatment on account of "that bullet." The technician walked away while I was talking to her. I stressed to the "person" that lead is NOT magnetic anyway. She said, "I don't know about that bullet." I said," So you're saying that you don't know enough to be doing this job," She said, "Yeah. You can say that if you want to." read more

Was scheduled for a 7:00am MRI. Had to fast for 24 hours and use an enema. Took off work, did all the prep, drove my butt across town and when I checked in the clerk laughed and said "someone should have reached out to you - we can't do that procedure here anymore". Well you know what - NO ONE DID REACH OUT TO ME. I went through all that misery for nothing and she didn't even have the decency to be contrite about it. I've had several ultrasounds there over the years. Never a long wait to get in for an appointment or to be seen while I'm there, and everyone has always been very kind. In fact, I always ask for this place whenever my obgyn asks me for my preference on where to send me for an ultrasound. read more

2023 was by far the worst year with multiple appointments and tests here. It takes months to get their billing and invoices and payments straight. The guy that does the MRIs at White Bridge is extremely rough, rude, cussing, doesn't give you an emergency call button and I had a panic attack with no way to notify anyone. The arthrogram left me with severe nerve pain and no one would return my call for what to do if they damaged a nerve. Their billing department is atrocious. I paid an xray and mamogram day of service. I then received bills for both. I had to send proof of payment and that they actually owed me a refund. They credited my receipts but never gave a refund. After 2 months they have now billed me again for something I paid day of service. This place is horrific. read more

They take your insurance copay, do your testing, charge you money in excess of what your insurance agreed to pay them, do not send you an invoice then turn the bill over to a collections agency. I can't believe that some attorney hasn't filed a class action lawsuit against them already. I certainly hope someone does. read more

I am not one to usually leave unfavorable feedback however, I think this is so important for people to know. This was by far the worst experience I have had. My appt was at 11:30 and I arrived at 11 am like I was told. I dread to see the amount of bills that will be sent to me even though I paid in full the required amount that was due. I ended up being in this office 5 hours that day for a 15-minute test. The staff that took care of me during the procedure itself were good, but they were the only positive experience in that day. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go, especially if you are anxious about a test you are having done. They completely over book and leave you sitting for hours AFTER you have paid for the services. Horrible experience! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I had a service on 12/29/2020. Everything was submitted to insurance and I did not receive a bill, so I assumed it was covered. I finally got a bill 10 months later. Annoying, but no big deal. I called to set up a payment plan to have payments automatically made over a 6 month period. In January, I received another bill, which indicated that no payment had yet been made. I called yet again. I was on the phone with someone who barely spoke english for 45 minutes and she explained to me that apparently my payment plan was applied to a bill that I had already paid off. I tried to set up a new payment plan for the bill that was still outstanding. She said that she needed to loop in her superior, because it looked like something was wrong with my account and they would be in touch in 4-6 weeks. I thought that seemed like a long time and apparently should have questioned it more. Today I got a letter that they have turned me over to collections. I have also tried to pay by scanning the QR code on the bill and downloading the app. It looks like the payment goes through, but then every time I receive an email saying they don't accept online payments. I have spent literal hours trying to pay this bill and am furious that they turned me over to collections. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. read more

I had to give one star to leave a review. It's actually a -1. I had an MRI about 10 months ago. Of course, i teach school and couldn't throw down 700 for the service. I'm out here trying to survive. We worked out a payment plan. After a couple of months at my monthly payment, i accidentally paid $24 extra. See, my son is a college athlete. He has injuries that i have been paying on. My husband is a cancer patient i have been paying on, so quite frankly, i just pay when and what i can. I didn't even know i had paid Premier extra one month. NEXT THING YOU KNOW, I'M IN COLLECTIONS because i paid extra on my payment plan. They stopped deducting the monthly charge (i didn't know), and i am now in collections. The office says they have NO ACCESS to my account and cannot help me. So, they tell me to call billing.... WHICH IS NOT IN THIS COUNTRY. One girl even goes. "Oh! Here is a local number to call..." and she knew that the "local number" she gave me rang in the Philippines or somewhere. Yall..... find another option. I also had a couple of procedures at another location. BEWARE: they will schedule you without approval from your insurance company. Every single time i went on, it was not approved. And every time the receptionist said, "Someone should have called you." That's not the plan. They request you sign a form that makes you completely financially responsible. I've been getting mammograms for the better part of 35 years and there's always been discomfort, but my appointment at Premier, I experienced the most unnecessary pain I could've ever imagined. I don't know if the technician was just having a bad day or what, but she clearly was not taking any precautions to try and make me comfortable. She was short, irritable, dismissive of my concerns, and devoid of any kind of bedside manner. Everyone is very nice and inviting. The waiting room is large, quieter than most I've been in thankfully because I had huge anxiety. It was not overcrowded. That could be the norm at this location or maybe it was just the day I was there, just happened to be slow. I normally go to the Brentwood location as it is much closer to my home. Brentwood Premier Radiology is a lot busier. Both the Brentwood office and the White Bridge Rd office are very kind. They have an understanding that most of us are in pain while we are there, so we have a need to be comfortable and get things our Dr's need in a speedy time frame. I was to have 3 nerve branch blocks -This time I'm glad they have a very understanding, accommodating staff that they do. Some don't understand why my Dr says I need sedation. Some really shouldn't question him. I was in a terrible accident in which many of my main nerves were caught in between pelvis bone breaks, sacrum, coccyx break, inferior as well as superior pubis ramis and the last 4-5 disc.they evendeded a talk read more

I had an appointment Monday at 11 a.m. and arrived 15 minutes early, and checked in. 20 Minutes later I did the insurance check in and heard another girl mention my name as not having the order from my doctor. I questioned that as I saw my doctor sent it earlier, and she implied that they always had an issue with this doctor and they would request again. 30 minutes went by and I asked if they had received, and they said they had not and would call again, and I also called and the nurse at my doctors office said they would send for the 3rd time!! I told the insurance lady that I did not have all day and was told they could not perform the procedure until the order was received. 10 minutes later she gave me the order. It was there the entire time as the time received was 20 minutes before my apt. of 11 a.m. 30 minutes went by and finally at 12:45 they took me back and put me in a room and said it would be 30 more minutes!!!! At 1:15 the xray tec finally came and I complained that I had been there 2 l/2 hours and she said I am running behind but they told me your apt. was at 12:30 and I took the sheet from her and showed her "see apt. time is 11" and she said nothing. I was there a total of 3 hours and had to cancel my work for the day. I got home that evening and emailed the facility, and have made 4 phone calls to talk to the supervisor. I made an appointment several weeks in advance and still had to wait over an hour to get a simple thyroid CT. When I inquired at the desk why I was still waiting they were very nonchalant. When I was finally taken back and expressed my frustration the technician said well you know we had to work some people in today and things got behind. I have been a patient at Premier Radiology for many years now, and honestly could not ask for better patient service. I have been treated with kindness and compassion by everyone from amazing XRAY technician, Addy, to the incredibly diligent and perseverant Tatum(who somehow booked an appointment for me by contacting out-of-state doctors, insurance companies, etc, when I could not).
