Do not trust this company. They will cover up theft for their own profit…read more I have documented photos with the IAA time stamp at the bottom showing 5/9/24 where these items are in my vehicle. I also have a second set of photos with the IAA time stamp at the bottom showing 5/15/24 where these items are no longer in the vehicle. I asked if there was a storage location or record of items that were removed from the vehicle, which was denied. Upon informing the representative that without some form of documentation showing where my possessions may be, and with the photo evidence I would have to assume that IAA is responsible for theft of my property and would be named as such in my police report. I was shortly after hung up on. Now I am waiting for my insurance and the police to handle it. Unbelievable that they operate in such manners.

Cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. They advertise that they'll give you up to $4,000…read moreover market value for your trade... but *only* if you agree to the $3,996 service and $1,000 gap plans. Whoever trains these guys most certainly doubles as a magician because that "extra trade value" disappears the second you decline either one. I especially loved the part where the online inventory turned out to be fictional. They have four 2025 Jettas with under 10,000 miles listed on their website for $20,000 or less for sale. The second you get there? "Oh, we haven't had those since January. Corporate handles the website, and they fall behind..." Sure. Okay. But don't worry, they DID have a conveniently more expensive 2026 model available for "only" $5,000 more. How thoughtful, right? The entire experience was dishonest, pushy, and incredibly unsavory. Misleading advertising and hoping customers are too overwhelmed to notice is... certainly a choice.

I had a very disappointing experience with Extreme Autoplex…read more I purchased a 2015 Corvette from them relying on the Carfax report and inspection information provided at the time of sale. Within six months of ownership, I had to replace the brakes, battery, address electrical issues, and now a rear axle failure. These are major mechanical components, not routine wear items, and the car was driven responsibly. When I reached out to request a reasonable cost sharing discussion, the dealership immediately shut down any conversation, hid behind the "as is" language, and refused any goodwill assistance. Their final response stated they would not engage further, leaving no path to resolve the issue professionally. What's most frustrating is not that the car needed repairs, but the complete lack of accountability or willingness to stand behind what was represented at sale. Once the transaction was complete, customer service disappeared entirely.
