They refused and responded that the dress is old -- it's not, it's new -- and claimed their liability was limited -- also not correct when you totally ruin a garment due to your own actions. So because of my positive experience, I recently went in because my husband needed his new dress pants to be hemmed, and I decided to tag along and have a few of my newer pieces to be fixed as well. My husband decided he was going to pick up the clothes since I was too occupied to do so. I handed him the receipt and he scurried away. After coming home, he hands me my 3 pants and boy was I upset. 2 out of the 3 pants were mine but he came home with someone else's pants and Soo was unable to find my pants. Do yourself a favor and take pictures of what you are dropping off with the receipt that they give you. They kept my receipt and I was not able to verify besides my bank statement of the payment.
