Then two weeks later I call you guys and tell you I might be 10 to 15 minutes late due to a car crash on the highway and you immediately told me to reschedule. You don't even try to accommodate me in anyway so keep lying keep talking lies. That's a damn shame. So I'm so sorry you guys think "hell" is such a bad word. What is not understandable is that I never received a call back to reschedule and when I called back to reschedule she was fully booked and couldn't get me in. I expressed to the receptionist my disappointment and asked if she could have Fran look at her schedule to see if she could fit me in. I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed. Shane started with a consultation, asking what I was looking for and his thoughts on what might fit my lifestyle best. After shampooing/conditioning my hair, making the cut, and styling it, my hair was nearly 6 inches shorter, now resting neatly at my shoulders. Even though I walked in unsure of what I wanted, Shane was able to make my hair look incredible in under an hour while making good conversation. Upon leaving, I received a "goody bag" of business cards, a pen, magnet, and even a 20% off coupon for my next visit! No regrets despite being a bit above my student budget, but I will definitely be back again!

She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. I made an appointment few weeks ahead as I have 2 little babies. !!! At 11pm I got text from master to reschedule from 10.30 to 12pm as she had something urgent. I asked how much process will take, she said 3.5-4 hrs. So I was able to change my plans (and I always plan for an extra hour + to what master said). It supposed to be all done by 5 pm in worst case scenario. By 5 pm only color was done, it takes 5 hrs instead of 4, which would be ok but it doesn't include hair cut. She said another 30-40 min. But I had absolutely no time and I don't know what cut could be done for 30 min. About the color, I asked for warm blond wheat color. Instead I got ugly cold dark grey. She also died my roots in very warm color. I was so disappointed with final color so forgot to asked why roots were touched. However, no apologies only excuses. Master offered to redo color. I made another appointment in a week to give master another chance. But before appt I told her I want just a cut instead of color because I'm afraid of worse result. In a week color washed from dark to light grey, but it still too cold and ashy and too far from what I wanted. Master Albina said in a month it will be the color I need. Yes that exactly what I need in holiday season. I'm surprised she didn't shave my hair and tell in few months it will be length you want. Hair cut was ok, but too pricy $70 for bob haircut. It was a bad idea to give Albina another chance. Customer service - Should I mention it was the rudest, coldest and careless master I've ever met? Maybe she doesn't need new customers. Obviously, there was no discount offered for inconvenience, bad coloring, waste of my time.

Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!
