This company fails to communicate clearly to both their customers and bus driver. A bus full of 55…read morefans and cheerleaders were eager to make it smoothly to a high school Friday night football game. However, an hour into the drive the bus broke down. We understood that things like this happen, but it was the process to solve the problem that was unacceptable. The 5 hour drive that shouldn't have been that bad turned out to be a whole day of waiting on some sort of action on the companies part. But they made 55 people wait 3 hours for an answer! We tried contacting them ourselves and was hung up on and just gave us the run around. Just poor customer service overall.

iShuttle is literally saving my "bacon" every day!…read more I needed a ride to get around Barksdale, AFB and now I have a great one. Before iShuttle was offering rides on base I was riding the Shreveport Sportran buses in and then having to walk 1.5 miles to my Squadron building and 1.5 miles back to the Sportran bus pickup location on base - most of the way without sidewalks or true walking paths. So iShuttle is now literally saving me from walking about 3 miles a day, in all kinds of inclement weather, and saving my shoes and clothes from the elements. The iShuttle employees are also all super nice and accommodating at all times. Thanks soooo much iShuttle Team, you've made my life so much better!
