At 410pm I called to check the status. At 445pm one of my neighbors showed up and offered me a ride. They called me a few minutes later and said it would be about an hour wait. I said never mind. I may have to buy a car this was unacceptable.

We called him and made appointment to be picked up at 8pm. Due to difficulties at hotel we were not able to get to pick up point on time and missed shuttle. I called Clint who tried to get shuttle turned around but instead he came out with another vehicle and took us to concert. After concert we were picked up quickly and able to avoid all the traffic. Looking at all the red tail lights in the parking lot we were so glad Twin City Express Shuttle Service was referred to us. Clean and new model vehicle with courteous staff. Tells me that I have to call his secretary to do this." I call his secretary who informs me she doesn't know how to reverse the charge either! She said, "You can call your bank to dispute it because that's been done several times before to us." So that's what I did called my bank to dispute it but I still did not receive the full refund which I definitely think we should bc we did not get the hours that were promised or a limo that worked with AC and a limo that did not smell like smoke!!! This was a complete nightmare!!! Do not use this company!!!!

While trying to get three bags out of the house and my 88 year old mother, not one but two people sat in the cab and waited for me to stumble to the back of the car by the trunk. The man sitting in the passenger seat got out and informed me there was no trunk. Upon further inspection, yes, that trunk was fully taped shut. Clear packing tape. I real nice job too. So he took the big bag on his lap and we piled into the back seat with two other bags and our two carry on bags. Just fantastic. The driver drove like a bat outta hell and because it was cold outside ( and we had jackets on) the interior cabin was cooking with heat. No 'good morning' No is the temperature okay, sorry about the trunk......just blinding speed all the way to the airport. Call someone else .

Quite a hidden gem of Shreveport!…read more Leaving every hour on the hour (10am-4pm on Weekends, slightly shorter availability on weekdays), this tour lasts just about 35-45 minutes and takes you up and down the Red River. The captain, a wonderful gentleman, hopped on board and promptly offered us cold bottled water and advice to sit in the front of the boat under the shade awning and in the best spot for a nice breeze (ALL great suggestions considering the sheer heat and the inability of this Northerner to handle it!) We took off right at 11 and headed down along the river. The Captain gave us a live guided narration that included tidbits about the local community and inhabitants that you won't find in any guide book. We were lucky enough to see turtles sunning themselves, egrets, and other water fowl. We also were able to see all the casinos and learn a bit about their history as well. I loved all of it and really wished we could cruise around all day. It's $15 per adult and really worth it. Loved the hospitality and history!
