We called him and made appointment to be picked up at 8pm. Due to difficulties at hotel we were not able to get to pick up point on time and missed shuttle. I called Clint who tried to get shuttle turned around but instead he came out with another vehicle and took us to concert. After concert we were picked up quickly and able to avoid all the traffic. Looking at all the red tail lights in the parking lot we were so glad Twin City Express Shuttle Service was referred to us. Clean and new model vehicle with courteous staff. Will certainly use again.

Before iShuttle was offering rides on base I was riding the Shreveport Sportran buses in and then having to walk 1.5 miles to my Squadron building and 1.5 miles back to the Sportran bus pickup location on base - most of the way without sidewalks or true walking paths. So iShuttle is now literally saving me from walking about 3 miles a day, in all kinds of inclement weather, and saving my shoes and clothes from the elements. I was instructed to call 24 hours before the time I would need a pick-up, and did so. The time…read morearrived and no one showed up. After contacting Express Transportation 3 times - where I was continually told someone was on their way - I tried to get into contact with them to understand why I had waited an hour without anyone showing up. At that point, instead of taking my call, I was sent directly to voicemail. I left a message once again asking for the estimated time for arrival. I heard nothing back. In the end a stranger who had watched me standing outside waiting for Express Transportation for over an hour, felt sorry for me and drove me home.
