Is there a box for ZERO stars?…read more Okay so VIP gets one star this morning. Yes the cab was on time, yes we arrived alive. I do appreciate these two events. While trying to get three bags out of the house and my 88 year old mother, not one but two people sat in the cab and waited for me to stumble to the back of the car by the trunk. The man sitting in the passenger seat got out and informed me there was no trunk. Upon further inspection, yes, that trunk was fully taped shut. Clear packing tape. I real nice job too. So he took the big bag on his lap and we piled into the back seat with two other bags and our two carry on bags. Just fantastic. The driver drove like a bat outta hell and because it was cold outside ( and we had jackets on) the interior cabin was cooking with heat. No 'good morning' No is the temperature okay, sorry about the trunk......just blinding speed all the way to the airport. Call someone else .

We were in town for the Cher Concert and staying at Margaritaville Hotel. Planned on driving…read moreourselves to concert but hotel valet gave us Clints card. We called him and made appointment to be picked up at 8pm. Due to difficulties at hotel we were not able to get to pick up point on time and missed shuttle. I called Clint who tried to get shuttle turned around but instead he came out with another vehicle and took us to concert. After concert we were picked up quickly and able to avoid all the traffic. Looking at all the red tail lights in the parking lot we were so glad Twin City Express Shuttle Service was referred to us. Clean and new model vehicle with courteous staff. Will certainly use again.

The…read moredriver was speaking in a low toned mumble, I tipped $2 on a $7 fare and told him I would call in about 45 minutes for a ride home. No response. At 320pm I called for a ride home. At 410pm I called to check the status. At 445pm one of my neighbors showed up and offered me a ride. They called me a few minutes later and said it would be about an hour wait. I said never mind. I may have to buy a car this was unacceptable.

I called in for a taxi at 7pm for a taxi at 8:30; shortly after that time I called back for an…read moreupdate. Unfortunately the dispatcher was unable to give me any timetable; only had two drivers available. That meant I'd have to wait where I could see the car however I could have been purchasing some rain gear or getting something to eat. I had been at my doctor's office since 12:30 and was very hungry. I have COPD and was being treated for a cough lingering from the flu 3 weeks ago. Also my left leg had some serious edema and should have been kept elevated. Around 9:30 the taxi "came by"; he do not stop at the Walmart door. I was on a scooter and waving at him but he never looked my way. I asked some people around me to stop him and some chased after; he finally stopped. By the time I catch up to him I am drenched. Though the window I asked him why he didn't stop at the door. He claimed he never saw me which was not an adequate answer for the circumstances. If a customer has been waiting outside for over an hour and will have to load Walmart stuff you park at or near the door. I had been told on my last check in with the dispatcher they were now down to one driver. So when he said "if you're going to be rude, I'll just leave you" and he did and I began to panic. The dispatcher claimed he would try to find me another driver but I didn't believe him. At 11:00 the store is closing. No other driver has arrived; I had been sitting in the cold with wet clothes for an hour and a half. Luckily a customer had noticed I was still there as he came out from shopping. He offered to give me a ride when his wife came out; thank goodness for small miracles. Unfortunately my leg didn't like sitting on the scooter for an extra two and a half hours and the edema was worse; I was in pain all night. Though he didn't know all my medical conditions he could see that I was on a scooter which should have meant a handicap to some extent. If he is indicative of their employees they should not be in business.
