My friend lost his wallet inside one of these cabs, and after re-tracing his steps (that he could remember!) almost 24 hours later, a last resort phone call to the Action Taxi dispatch revealed that the cab driver had in fact, turned in the wallet!!!!!!! Turns out his wallet had fallen out inside the cab in the backseat area. All credit cards, debit cards, cash and identification were still safely in place inside the wallet when we went by the Action Taxi office late on a Sunday night to retrieve it!!!!!! WOW!!!!! I mean WOW!!!!! If this doesn't speak glorious volumes to how good, patient, honest and dependable this cab service is, I don't know what else I can tell you.They have all different types and sizes of vehicles in their fleet to suit your transportation needs and they are the big green and yellow cabs!...222-TAXI!

I negotiated a flat rate of $160 with a driver over the phone, he gave me his phone number, texted me, and waited for my flight to arrive. The car was a clean minivan with the VIP Taxi Logo and the friendly, kind driver drove safely at a comfortable speed. An hour and 15 minutes later, I arrived stress free. Highly recommended if a rental car is not the best option for whatever reason. Good value. Friendly, prompt service. Cash only.

The…read moredriver was speaking in a low toned mumble, I tipped $2 on a $7 fare and told him I would call in about 45 minutes for a ride home. No response. At 320pm I called for a ride home. At 410pm I called to check the status. At 445pm one of my neighbors showed up and offered me a ride. They called me a few minutes later and said it would be about an hour wait. I said never mind. I may have to buy a car this was unacceptable.
