The Fairfax location is very unorganized on the front end and back end. Some coaches are clearly not knowledgeable of the competitiveness of the sport, routines were poorly put together and poorly executed, no major growth in athletes I even had to take my daughter to get privates at another nearby gym. At competitions there was no uniformity in how some athletes looked in routines with sloppy tumbling and stunts and the hairstyles they expected our children to wear were really outdated (sometimes a simple ponytail will get the job done). I have relationships with families that take their kids to neighboring programs and ultimately their daughters are happy where they are with learning, traveling, and being competitive. This location stands out -in a bad way. We did not return to this gym because overall it needs a lot of work with leadership in staff, organization, more resources and so much more! There are many other all star programs in VA that will give you your money's worth and also provide your child with a great experience.
