After dealing with a frustrating water issue for over three years, I finally had Jason from Adams Water Treatment come out after being referred to them. I was told they are extremely knowledgeable about water systems of all kinds, and that certainly proved to be true. From the moment Jason arrived he was professional, patient and incredibly respectful. Most important, he knew his trade. He carefully inspected the system, explained everything clearly and identified that the softener settings were incorrect. Now that the settings are correct I am already seeing a big improvement. Finally, after years of other companies not resolving it. And finally I have clear water. In all my years of dealing with home service companies, this is one of the best service experience I have had. I only wish I found Adams Water Treatment sooner. I even thought of asking about a reverse osmosis filter for the kitchen and I was pleasantly surprised their pricing was better than the quotes I received in the past. Had replacement of water softener and added second filter for rust. Ecstatic over improvement in water condition and company has been a delight to work with. Gave tons of information on home visit as far as options and mechanism of action and relative benefits versus costs of various systems and sizes. Calling the office is easy and if number need be left due to no answer a return call is always quickly received. Install was by a 2man crew(not the owner) but they did an excellent, clean and timely install. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them after dealing with 2 other companies over the past 25 years that never really met let alone exceeded expectations like Adams. read more

Stay clear from this company, very unprofessional and rude. Especially the owner Jason. I had an appointment today from 12-2pm. I called as no one was showing up. They texted me 1:20 that they were 15 mins away one arrived 1:37pm. Then the owner Jason arrived at 1:51pm. And he tells me they can't do the work today because they have another appointment & was running late from his other appointment. And that they were at my home & wasted a one hour when I have cameras at my home showing otherwise they only been there 19mins. Beyond the fact of his lies on arrival why am I as a customer having to call them to show up to my appointment on time & being told no work will be done due to their own disorganization of schedule? He didn't know how to defend his own lies and disorganization of his own time when I mentioned I had cameras to prove he was lying so he just started being rude & unprofessional. Which I have on my cameras recorded as well. Screenshots of their lateness and proof of their arrival times attached. In addition, the 19 mins I mentioned above were spent on how they sent 3 different guys & all miscommunicated on what needed to be done to install my water softer. The first one was named John who gave me the quote in Sept. And said they pipe the water softener to all of my home & install valves for my outside water to not run to the softer. I explained this to the owner he kept saying they couldn't not do that & that it was him when his name is Jason and I remember the first guy being different and again have proof it was a different guy on my cameras. So another lie on his behalf. It even show's the name John in the notes. Go figure. The second guy who came didn't know what he was suppose to do due to the notes of miscommunication between all them 3 of them. And he even mentioned the notes were by JOHN! The owner Jason proceeded with this unprofessionalism mentioned above. So I no longer wanted their service nor want to deal with their unprofessionalism or rudeness. And his response "well I don't care I'm the OWNER". The response overall showing his lack of character as a person. Will share this to all my community neighbors, friends and family to not deal with untrustworthy, rude and unprofessional people such as this company specially the owner Jason. read more

What an excellent company to work with. We were having problems with sudden salty and foamy water (we are on a well with softener) and John came out next day. He fixed a clogged injector and only charged us the $99 service fee. We wound up having them come back out 2 months later not for the same issue, but because our softener was putting out some gross rusty water every time it recycled and our toilets and showers were becoming stained. John took such a methodical approach and honestly could have told us we needed to spend $1800 on a new softener (and we would have). Instead he took the time to backwash the system and give me instructions how to do another round of it, doing his best to save us money! Well, his solution worked and we wind up not needing a new softener for now. But I know where we will go when we do. Honest guy, great company. read more

We have struggled with bad smelling water from our well for a couple of years. Enough was enough, and we opted to install a chlorine injector system to combat the smell. I received quotes from 3 different companies, and chose Adams Water Treatment based on research on the web, and the companies presentation. I am so glad that I did. We've been customers for a couple years now, and could not be happier with the service we get from Adam and his team. Quite often when I call I get Adam himself. Without really explaining who I am he remembers the particulars of our water issues, so I really feel like I'm dealing with a small business owner who cares about his customers. I have never had to wait long for them to come out for a service visit. In fact last week when I called he scheduled a visit for the next morning when there was a large snow storm scheduled to hit and school had already been cancelled. The roads hadn't even been plowed yet and they were in our driveway that morning. On top of that, and the fact that he spent over a half hour at our house, we were not charged for the service visit. I was so impressed that I was motivated to go out of my way to leave a review. This is the only review I've ever written on Yelp (I read reviews all the time, but never really write them). As a side note, we had some work done last year and I was happy with the results. Never felt like they tried to oversell us on a system we didn't need.
