Titus was overwhelmed with business, so slowly, hubby and I cut up the trees to save the lawn. But the stumps by the lake remained and could not be ground out. Plus, the muskrats found it and started to tunnel into our lawn. Titus had the equipment to safely dig out those 800 to 1000 pound roots. We were to have it done next week, but finally, it is going to rain continuously. Could Titus squeeze us in. Yes!!! In comes the equipment. Protective layers to protect your lawn are laid down. Expertly, the stumps and root balls are removed. Dirt shaken off, regraded and new riprock put down. It was fascinating to watch. And boy, those root balls are big. Titus was here well past dinner. And our shoreline is beautiful. I can't thank them enough.

When he returned with his brother (trimmed two huge trees, removed two other trees, and removed about six 1970's bushes) they were respectful, efficient, and accommodating to our requests. We definitely found their pricing to be fair for the work done. We will absolutely be referring them to all of our friends, as well as contacting them for future trimmings. Thanks again guys!

I used Joseph Tree Services to remove a large white pine, grind the stump and remove the debris…read more They came highly recommended by a friend. While their actual tree take-down and stump grinding was done well, the removal crew arrived early morning the night after a torrential downpour. When they arrived, they should have seen the wet conditions and left immediately and called to reschedule. Instead, they put down heavy, rubber lawn "protectors" which only served to damage property. Yes, there is a clause in the contract stating they aren't responsible for lawn damage, but this was negligent damage. Something completely different. They also trespassed on my neighbor's lawn - which they didn't have the authority to do and most of the damage was to his lawn. I don't know what happened to my flowerbed edging. It looks like they dragged the tree trunk through it, completely demolishing it. On a positive note, Charleston, who did the stump grinding, was a delight. After the fiasco damage from the last crew, he carefully followed my instructions on where to drive and place the grinder. He even took extra time to remove more of the pine chunks after I asked him to do so. I did ask for and received a discount on the invoice, but the main point is the damage should not have occurred to begin with had the tree removal crew noted the wet yard conditions and rescheduled. So, if you hire this company, be sure you are home when they arrive so they don't trespass on your neighbor's property. And if conditions are not ideal for the work they are contracted to do, that you intercept them so they don't damage property as much as they did with me.

Patrick has been very accessible (amazing in these pandemic times when a lot of the competition are short handed and not returning phone calls) and attentive to getting my new property in better shape (it sat vacant for a while and hadn't been tended too for a while so nature was a bit all over the place). I think he's on the higher end of the price equation vs. if you get each service (e.g., mow, lawn treatment, etc) from lowest cost provider, but then he makes sure everything gets done well and when committed to. These days with the no shows and labor shortages, that's worth a few extra nickels.
