His traps didn't work at all, I had to buy my own that worked better.. and now I hear noise in the walls in addition to the fact that I've caught 4 mice with remedies of my own. It's absolutely obsolete to think you can just put down traps or poison without sealing up anything and believe this will be effective. Unfortunately I have to contact another company that will seal up possible entry points. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your money.
