He's really honest about pricing and gave us a lot of options being mindful of our budget. Many of my friends had used him and I see why he has such a strong reputation. What really stood out was how involved he was, he was onsite frequently and really cared about what we wanted. Even after the main work was done, he went above and beyond to make sure we could use our original pool fence and made sure the fence was even more secure than before. We highly recommend this company!!

We contacted Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass partly due to the strong reviews. We aimed to remove patio pavers and install Travertine Stone to align with the pool deck, bar, and other backyard features. We also wanted to add Synthetic Grass and leftover pavers to our front yard. We met with Daniel and were left impressed by his presentation; he was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. With two clear projects and a firm sense of what we wanted, Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass felt like the right fit. Daniel prepared a rendering for the community HOA and gained our approval to continue. Aside from minor delays from rain and language issues--resolved quickly--the crew arrived and worked nearly without pause to finish in one day. Calling the crew's work outstanding would be an understatement. They showed respect for us and our property while shifting from front-yard to backyard construction. Text and phone updates from Daniel and Mario kept us informed throughout. Given the quality and scope, the fees seemed entirely fair. They returned the following day as promised and thoroughly cleared the remaining materials from the front of the house. They even provided a Veterans discount, which we greatly appreciated. I strongly recommend Diamond Stone & Synthetic Grass for nearly any landscaping project and expect to rely on them again. Five stars all the way!!!

All of Albert's communications were prompt. He came out within a couple days, took measurements, and got me a quote within a day. He was able to start the work about a week or two later. I wanted to get my front patio/carports completely demo'ed and redone. Him and his crew were on my project for three days - the first day was demo, the second day concrete was poured, and the last day pavers were installed. The crew was very nice and did great work. Albert was there most of the time to supervise and make sure everything was done to standard, which I appreciated. Everything looks fantastic. The work really exceeded my expectations. Great work, very professional service, at a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier. I am already planning to use Cactus Curbing for another project. I am attaching photos to share the before and after of their work. Can't believe so much improvement could be done in just three days.

That next Saturday his guys did demo, gate door fix (our last landscaper did a shoddy job that Albert fixed for me), dirt and rock haul off, grading. Then couple days later, Monday his crews poured our driveway extension. Beautiful joint layout and great work. I paid 50% on day 1 and 50% after his guys finished. Professional level work too.

This review is far past due. The job was completed sometime…read morein November 2017 but talks had initiated sometime in October. I had purchased the home in September. We purchased a renovated older style home, and when we were going through the motions of the purchase, the first thing we knew we were going to work on was the backyard. The house still had a chain-link fence in the backyard which was along an alley, only security we had were the 14 oleanders blocking the alley from my back yard and pool. I was looking at getting a 6ft, 75LF block wall installed. For a home job like that I was reaching out to many contractors for bids. Rod by far was the most realistic priced sub contractor. I honestly feel bad for anyone who calls everyone but Rod for a bid. When I say Rod's prices are fair I mean they are FAIR. 3x, 4x, even 5x times fair, if you get my drift. Without hesitation I gave the job to Rod and his team. Then a bunch of weird stuff happened, all on my part. But the main thing Rod kept in touch every week for a month until I was ready to go. He even hung around the backyard until the inspector came. Job was done in 3 days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm going to reach out to him again for another bigger job. Its without saying they've earned a loyal customer.
