They are located in a little plaza on the corner of Sterling and Highland, just behind a Goodyear Auto Repair shop and next to the Regency 6 theater. It's not in the best neighborhood in SB, but then again what is? They are a small, family owned business that has literally been around for decades and their commitment to service easily shows why they've been around so long! We discovered them kind of by accident. After a local dry cleaner shop sold my wife's clothes because she was late in picking them up (!!!), she had been on the looking for a good shop in the area. The problem we were having at a couple of the local McCleaners shops is they could never give accurate quotes for how much their seamstresses would charge for basic clothing alterations and repairs...even though that person has been working with them for years!! You never knew how much it was going to be until your clothes were ready! This seemed sketchy to say the least. So a couple years ago when we were at the movie theater, wifey spied Sterling Cleaners and decided to give them a try with some items she needed cleaned and hemmed. So glad she did! The employees here are always super helpful and friendly, and the prices are more than fair. They also give accurate estimates on when the work is completed. And surprise!! They tell you how much most alterations and clothing repairs will be so you can make a decision ahead of time! Imagine that! What a lifesaver!…read more After a long day, our dryer at home stopped working, and we still had a load of wet clothes that couldn't wait until morning. It was already around 10:30 PM when we started searching for a laundromat that was open late. We found Arrow Coin Laundry, loaded up the car, and got there a little after 11:00 PM. Unfortunately, the doors had already been locked, and we thought we were out of luck. Then Maria, the manager, came out, listened to our situation, and was kind enough to let us in since we only needed to dry our clothes. Thanks to her kindness, we were able to get everything dried instead of waking up to moldy, smelly clothes the next morning. On top of that, the laundromat was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and all the machines we used worked great. It's obvious the staff takes pride in keeping the place in excellent condition. A huge thank you to Maria for going above and beyond. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you ever need a clean, reliable laundromat with people who genuinely care, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
