Went in at 7:15 am, the only person in the store with the owner (?) and he ignored me. I said "Good Morning" loudly and he still ignored me to watch his phone video. Walked out. Realized he was parked in the only handicap spot in the lot, literally every other spot was open. Never returning. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! They do not know how to follow instructions. My dress shirts always come back with double creases, I have to steam out the mistakes. My dickies, I request that do not iron them just vlean them. Yet everytime they come back the iron them and they are doubled creased. This time it was a pair of Levis, again a request not to iron but no iron them. The Levis do not have creases I just iron them flat. But what ever genius works the press decide to put the in the press thus creating a crease on the inseam. So now I have a visible "white line" crease instead of an all indigo blue pair of Levis. read more

Went here to get my pants hemmed, they were very quick, affordable, and the customer service was great!

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the gentleman in the store. The woman in the store must've been having a miserable day (or is just continually miserable) because after plenty of times coming into this cleaners she had a manic episode on me today. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future after today, and since a simple question about something warrants an elevated voice and clear frustration I can tell my patronage is not welcomed here anymore. read more

I rarely use a dry cleaning service, but I had three dry clean only blazers that had stains around the sleeves... I took them here on a Tuesday... they said that they would be ready on Friday after 4pm.. owners Very pleasant... I picked them up around 6 pm..the following morning (today) I opened the bag and noticed that the stains were STILL on the sleeves... I then decided to get a wet cloth to see if they would come out rubbing them with water... they totally came out!! This leads me to bet that they were NOT even cleaned at all!! I am planning to take them back this morning and confront them... which I hate doing... bottom line...I will never go here again!! BEWARE!!! If they did this to me.. how many other customers are they ripping off!! read more

I usually come here to get my husband's clothes dry clean and so far I have not had an issue.

Amanda really helped me out when I needed my bridesmaids dress altered with limited time! Thank you Amanda!!!!

The new owners of this business are ripping people off. They have their posted prices, but are changing 50 cents per piece over what their posted price is. I spoke with the new owner and he said that he has been doing that since the first of the year. He acted like he thought it was funny. Time to find a new dry cleaner. read more

I brought a suit and some dresses here for cleaning. Everything came back in great condition and I believe they charge a fair price. I don't dry clean often but they definitely found a repeat customer in me. read more

Love this place! I've been using them for 17 years. I've never had an issue and they do great seamstress work!!! I highly recommend this dry cleaning business. They cleaned 3 heavy blankets for $20 a piece which is a great deal!!!! read more

Not a good place to take your expensive clothes. First of all, they never take fault of the damaging they do to your clothing, nor do they apologize. I've been a long time customer of 12+ years and felt insulted when the manager/owner never called me to take action for what they did to my clothing. Not only did they charge me for the piece of clothing, but they decided I was no longer welcomed in their business. Be careful with this place! read more

I took my dress to get hem and when I got home nothing was done to my dress. Very disappointing that nobody called me about my dress.

Very poor customer service. I've had issues with the girl that works the register 2 times. I'm now using there competitor in town. Grand Terrace is a very small town. read more

Okay this is by far the best dry cleaners ever! It's 27 miles away from my house but I'll take the drive because they never disappoint. My uniforms are always clean, pressed, and ready to go the next day ! If you bring it in before 10am on week days they'll have it ready the same day. But if you bring it in and want to pick it up the next day, they'll have it ready by 2pm which is fast. It's really affordable too. read more

First of all I would like to say we are always satisfied with their work My family ha been using them for over 15 years. More than anything I would like to say thank you to one of the women's that work here that made the sweetest gesture of paying for my grandmother outfit she pass way last week and she always said she wanted to wear her wedding dress when she passed away. What a surprise was it for me and my family when we went to pick up and the balance was paid that just made me break down and cry to think that someone would be so kind to us may God bless you read more

Great dry cleaners! Very reliable and considerate of their customers. Their timeline for service is reasonable and my clothes look absolutely stunning no matter what the condition is that I take them in. I don't anticipate moving but if I ever need to, I'll be sad to lose my favorite dry cleaner. read more

Same day Saturday service before noon and done by two ish. The prices are average and the staff is friendly!

All 5 times I've tried this place my clothes come back smelling like they haven't been cleaned! It's like all they do is steam the wrinkles out! I kept trying to convince myself to give them more chances but enough is enough. Never again will I waste my money here. read more

Took my wedding dress after my barn wedding to have it cleaned and shortened. I thought they'd laugh at me because my off white dress and veil were brown, very very brown and wouldn't be able to do it. They took care of it no problem and were able to shorten to a high low dress with two layers taken out, as well.. And I didn't feel gouged on the price either.. Will definitely go back there again! read more

Excellent service that was very prompt and inexpensive. My pants and dress shirts were nicely pressed and ironed. Very amicable service and there was no damage to my clothes, compared to other dry cleaners I have been to the past not properly doing their jobs. read more

I had zippers replaced on two pair of pants. In less than 2 months the zipper is no longer working properly on one pair. I stopped by to ask about the quality of their work and provided the pants so the worker could see the defect in their work. I was told the zipper used could easily break, and I would have to pay for a new replacement. This is poor customer service! After being told the seamstress input a zipper she knew would easily break; how dare she request I pay for their lack of quality! I will never utilize their services again!! read more

I had a suit that needed to be pressed before a Sunday afternoon wedding. I called 5 different dry cleaners on the Friday before and no one could do my request. Super Cleaners lived up to it's name. Does good work, but prices are really high and their standard return is 3 business days if you dont pay extra for same day service. Not cool considering thier regular pricing is so high. Their staff are sometimes friendly. Sadly, I'm looking for a new dry cleaners. read more

Pay cash. The lady over the counter has somewhat of an attitude sometimes. The cleaning they do is professional. It's decent.

This place seems to be reasonably priced and fast on service. Whenever I need next day dry cleaning this is the place to go. Even for alterations. Everyone is really nice and the work is great. read more
