She immediately had an awful attitude while directing me into the bay, but I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. When I pulled my car in, she yelled at me because I didn't have my insurance ready immediately. I told her it would take me just a second to pull it up on my phone, and she told me to get out of her bay. As I was getting back into my car, she told me, "You can be mad all you want, little b**ch." Absolutely unbelievable. I have never experienced someone working in customer service speak to a customer that way. She was rude, aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. I would not wish this experience on anyone, and I sincerely hope no one else has to deal with someone like her.
