They've been here for 12 years and they do state emissions quickly with quality without costing you a few hundred dollars. I found their post advertising on All Things Woodlands Facebook page, $18.50 for state inspections now that's a solid deal! It takes you back to the era with simplicity of life and living. The wife was telling about why they keep the price so low. It took the husband less than 20 minutes to inspect my vehicle and pass it. Clean and up to date lobby area; not dismal like a few auto shops I've previously been to where I've gotten my inspections done. The Masters lobby is bright, well lit, with fresh scent. I spent my time chatting with Misses. She even gave me recommendations on a place to get my sticker. Come to The Masters to get your inspection, you won't be disappointed! I came before closing and they didn't have any customers so the wait time was very minimal. I recommend this shop!

Since day one, when I came in with a car that I genuinely thought might be DONE done, ABR has taken care of me. And Jordan? That's the guy! What has kept me coming back is trust. I've never felt like anyone here was trying to get over on me, sell me something I didn't need, or make a situation sound worse than it was. They've consistently helped get my vehicles back on the road, so now I bring all of my cars here from routine maintenance to those lovely little surprise error codes nobody asked for. Even the shop itself stands out. It's always clean, smells nice, and the complimentary services and little extras they provide are top tier. It definitely doesn't feel like your average maintenance-shop experience. Finding somewhere you trust with your vehicles is a BIG deal, especially when you're dealing with foreign cars, and ABR has earned that trust from me. No hesitation and no questions asked this is one I recommend. If your foreign car starts speaking to you through warning lights, this is a place I'd trust to translate.

After only one day, the AC stopped cooling again. I returned to the shop, and instead of fixing the issue, they suddenly told me I needed additional parts costing $2,500. When I refused and asked for my money back because the original repair did not work, they refused and said the money was gone because the gas was already used. I feel cheated and disappointed. I paid for a repair that lasted only one day, and there was no proper solution or customer support afterward. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. My advice don't send your car to this repair shop at all.

One time we need a battery swapped out it's pretty hard to get to under the fender when we came to pick it up the fender and the will well were not put back together correctly, so I had to tell the young man at the front desk that the whole unit is loose and he copped an attitude and put it back in his shop and had his guys fix it. Another time we were here our car kept stalling. I told them that it seemed like it was the security system that needed to be rebooted, but they had to try every other option and kept the car for four days charging us almost $1000 to reboot the security system and give us a new key pad. Another time I asked him if they could check the brakes on the vehicle, cause they were acting strange and would offer them to pay for a new brake job when I get there the young man at the desk tells me that they have to charge us to look at it. Who charges to look at a vehicle's brake pads to see if they're good or not. I guess this place does and the only place that I could find that does. At this point I realized all they care about is the money they don't give a crap about the customers.
