Finding a good honest…read morecontractor is a challenge, finding one that maintains their quality and integrity for years is even harder. Paul and Marcus are extremely professional, showing up on time with fairly priced products and services. Over the years I have used them for new construction, equipment replacement, and service on units up to 70 years old. They provided top notch affordable service every time. As a former contractor I am constantly being asked for referrals. My reputation goes with each referral. Referring friends and family to Hart Heating and Air has stood the test of time.

Had a great service install from the team at Centsible. From the start, Derek was incredibly…read moreknowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected from a furnace replacement. The Centsible team was able to squeeze me in on an emergency heating call to fix my heating. My unit was from 2005, so it was time to get replaced. Derek measured out my house to ensure proper unit sizing for my furnace, which is not something I saw in common amongst other, more reputable, businesses in the area. Cory and Ryan did an excellent job with the installation. They even assisted with some simple duct cleaning and installing some hangars for the vent in my hard-to-access crawlspace. They did their work extremely clean and left nothing behind! Austin was also an extremely cool dude that helped with a minor service call afterwards, turns out was just a noisy duct. Paid a fair price compared to similar quotes, but received excellent service that is worth every penny.

I called and the very next day I had a tech out looking at it and shot me a very reasonable quote. We accepted. I cannot speak more highly of this company and will recommend them to anyone going forward.

Since last October, I spent over $1,000.00 for Teed to try fix my furnace. I have had to miss work…read moreand spend days sitting in a cold house with space heaters running. Josh last came to my house on Friday, 1/3 and by Sunday 1/5, I did not have heat. I was told by two separate companies (1/7/25 and 1/8/25) that the problem with my furnace is that there are two cracks in the heat exchanger. One company said they most likely had been there for a long time and that I had carbon monoxide leaking in my house. One company told me Teed should have not continuously charged me for labor until they either fixed the problem or were able to detail why I needed a new furnace. In spite of this, Teed wants me to pay them an additional $546.80 for the work done on 1/3 and has threated to put a lien on my home if I don't pay. They now say that they continuously told me I needed a new furnace, and I didn't listen. This is not true. I worked with Mike years ago and had great service. I mostly worked with Josh this time and this is completely unacceptable.

Finally, last Saturday we concluded that the water was coming from inside the plumbing wall. I called Town and Country this morning, and was given an appointment for tomorrow, which would work, but require that we delay our return home. The person who answered the phone said there was a possibility that a technician might be freed up today. At noon we received a call from "Dave" of Town and Country. He said he was "20 minutes away". Dave came, diagnosed exactly where the leak in our drain piping was ( inside the plumbing wall). He carefully cut away the wood for access, in such a way the it can be easily reconstructed. He reconfigured the PVC drain assembly perfectly, and also rebuilt the under sink drain piping assembly. Work was fast and excellent...and the mysterious leak has finally been fixed! A very positive experience! Excellent work by "Dave" and excellent response by Town and Country Plumbing! Paul E.
