I made an appointment…read moreas a new patient, arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and after waiting for an hour 15 minutes past my appointment time I left explaining to the front desk staff that I couldn't wait any longer. I don't appreciate my time not being respected, as Dr expect theirs to be respected. Also, as I waited, I heard every word of the conversation the Dr had with the patient in the room next to mine. The walls are paper thin and the Dr talks very loud. I learned that the patient in the next room didn't have an appointment but the Dr "squeezed" her into his schedule. I'm glad he felt he could do that but clearly at my expense!!! After the patient left, the Dr did his dictation for her chart in the hall for all to hear and then talked about the patient with his nurse for all to hear. I value my privacy and wouldn't go back even if the staff called to reschedule, which they did no so. If this Dr values his patients, you would think the front desk staff would have called me trying to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

The concerns I had from the surgery were omitted from my medical records as though I never voiced them. Dr. Baker never acknowledged the condition of the way he left my toe or held himself accountable in any way. I have suffered all this time and now have to live with a toe which would have been better off untouched. I was scheduled for surgery the first week I saw the doctor. He should have tried conservative treatment before surgery. I wound up with two surgeries as the pins from the first one were incredibly painful and coming up from the bone and had to be removed by Dr. Baker. I paid for both surgeries through out of pocket and my insurance. The toe has been left in an awful state. I now have continued swelling, numbness and a floppy great toe. New and worse problems. The worst experience. My day to day living with this toe has been a nightmare.

The total staff is remarkable! All professional and pleasant and that's always refreshing in a medical office setting. My last visit was with Dr. Miller and now I can say, Dr. Haddon is equally as attentive and qualified. Diagnosing the problem and informing the options is much like Dr. Miller's way for patient care. Their objective is to resolve the problem. I have read the reviews and can say, the staff is new since my 2019 entry and as for masks, if I'm being seen by a professional staff and the appropriate physician for my health issues, wearing a mask is no reason to walk out and leave without being treated. If I ever felt I wasn't getting the treatment every patient should receive, that's when I would look elsewhere no matter how many visits I'd had or might be leaving behind. No sense in wasting my time, $ and any chance of compounding other health issues! There's enough DPM doctors in the area, I know....I've tried many! I'm sticking right here! I wanted to jump up and say something then. I was dragged through several office visits where I was given a large size boot to stretch my tendon. The wrong size, I have tiny feet size 7, not 11 as indicated. I was given another air pump boot, that again was the wrong size. They gave me a medium again I am small, they did finally change that one out. I am on disability and am supposed to use a walker. Did they care about my disability, did they even take into consideration my back conditions? NO, they did not. When I tried to discuss my concerns about the added pain being caused to my back because of being misaligned from the improper wear of boots they shut me out. When I got the 3rd boot I was told there could sell me a boot to wear on my left foot for 35 dollars cash. Write me a script? My insurance might pay for it. Do not trust this business. Total waste of 4 months of my time and I still have tears in my Achilles heel that needs to be surgically fixed. Every step I take could rupture my heel. Very unprofessional and borderline criminal. I will be sending my report sin to the state and have them investigate the fraud going on in Dr. Millers' office. He wrote in the summary reports to Medicare that there was nothing wrong with my toes.
