We did not have any dealings with the owner - we dealt with Cherie Barajas Administrative Manager and my review is exactly as the events unfolded. Our PCP was aware of the numerous attempts and work on our part to get things straightened out and felt that the communication between Rehability and their office was lacking because of information not reaching them. As I previously stated our first experience when ordering diabetic shoes through them was a great experience but this last time it was an experience of lack of communication and frustration on all parts of the equation. We were saddened to hear from Cherie that Rehability had decided not to offer diabetic shoes any longer because of non payment from insurance companies. I bear no grudge against this company - this is just an accounting of our experience with ordering Neil's shoes. I hope this clears up the matter completely. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam.
