My daughter regularly waited over 30 minutes for a 2-minute adjustment, and when she politely asked about the delay, the staff spoke to her in a condescending, dismissive way. When I called to cease services and request her chart, the front desk transferred me to Dr. Bodanza. Instead of resolving the issue, he immediately became aggressive and hostile--yelling, "I am a Doctor! You do not talk to me like the front desk." This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. He has also spoken openly about other patients, their financial choices, and treatment decisions--clear HIPAA violations. I have now made three requests for my daughter's full chart, X-rays, report of findings, and impressions. They promised to send them but still have not. Patients deserve respect, timely care, and privacy--none of which we experienced here.
