My doctor gave me some exercises to do at home before I even went to therapy. The first day I went here I was shown how to do the exercises that my doctor had already given me. I told the therapist that I had already been doing these exercises at home, but that is all I did there for the first through the fourth session. My insurance was being billed $778.34 per session. Even though my insurance didn't actually pay the full amount for what they were being charged I had to pay $64.85 for each visit after the insurance was applied. The employee at the desk told me on the firs day that I was approved for 25 therapy sessions and I just knew that this was going to be one of those places that would keep me coming there for all 25 sessions. I stopped going to this place after the fourth session. I was able to find a Therapist that got me on the way to recovery on my first day of therapy. And the cost was $11 for each visit.

My experience with Physical Therapist Jill has been outstanding. Her knowledge, expertise and true hands on therapy along with great care and concern for the patients well being is reassuring. I made the BEST Healthcare decision when I walked in the door at PT Solutions , the entire staff is like one unit working together to help patients heal. Jennifer at the front desk is super friendly when you walk in the door and very helpful if you need anything. I've watched and heard the other therapist Greg and Stacey, they are also very attentive to their patients. The therapist help each other and the office flow is the best I've seen. I'm giving 5 stars because there isn't something higher.

They literally go above and beyond put in well above normal working hours and always have a smile on!! they have helped me so much to continue getting my dad benefits to stay when his insurance wanted to cut him off, but most importantly it's their genuinely caring spirits that I want to give them a shout out for...they are just amazing humans! Mina was my therapist for most of that time. He helped me get my surgical knee to bend almost to where my non surgical knee bends. He knows how to get you to improve yourself. I give credit to Belle and Sharon for the time I spent with them also. They are both caring therapists as well. As he's been getting older it's been getting worse but this year has been especially hard on him and just because he was running 10 minutes late they wouldn't see him. Meanwhile there was literally not even one patient in the waiting room, it was literally completely empty. It's bs because he just wanted to see the doctor so he could schedule him to get some sort of shot for the pain which he has to get okayed for first from his insurance with the recommendation from the doctor which is obviously going to take 2 appointments and now he has to wait a whole week to get seen again.

Because if I was your Uber, I will not take you there. Although I my grandpa that died in November 2023, I just hate the "care" they give. They mistreated him in a way that isn't normal. A way you will leave like roach spray. They punished him for getting mad but my mom said if he gets mad they will put sleeping medicines that will put you to sleep for 3 days so they Dont deal with him under no circumstances. i don't know if that's true but something seems off since my mom told me and I been there before years ago. The nightshift nurse was really mean an each time we see him and he complains he is asleep the next day. And he was sleeping for 2 to 3 days. We knew something seemed off. I don't know why I see some 4 to 5 star reviews on this facility but I am getting really suspicious on the perfect reviews. And it is really weird to me. It's not amazing care, it's amazing "care". The quotation marks are there for a reason. If something bad happens to this facility , it'd be the best day of my life. This place has no mercy. Grandpahood trauma. Care trauma, I wish this place was in the toilet.
