I recently posted a review how disappointed I was i went here was recommended from a friend who got…read moretreatment and said she felt better I've had several surgeries in the last 10 years I literally had to retire from my job because I couldn't take the pain so I called didn't get a call back I called again and got a call back after three days got an appointment and went in for the consultation I was sent to get an MRI for my lower backthe MRI showed compressed disc the scheduled to get shots on my back i called my insurance to verify that the procedure was covered this is a couple days from my visitmy insurance said they haven't received a request I called the office and they said they had issues with getting in contact with my insurance the day of the procedure they canceled the procedure mind you I'm in major pain .now I'm waiting get a call and the scheduled an appointment for the next day because of not having someone to take me i couldn't i never got another call to explain because of this i searched for another pain management I only want to be able to be somewhat comfortablewith the issues .I would not recommend this location to anyone .Funny part is when I canceled and said I was going to go somewhere else they didn't even asked why .

I went to Dr. Said for severe back pain in January '23 after years of back injections elsewhere…read morethat had not helped my pain or function. He took one look at my MRI and told me they had treated the wrong area. He is experienced, knowledgeable and extremely competent - actually cared about helping me find a solution to reduce my back pain. He referred me to a surgeon to stabilize one area and scheduled an epidural after surgical recovery for another area of my spine. During this 7 month period he also helped me lose 50 pounds! Something I had been unsuccessful at doing for 20 years and dozens of diets including 3 day fasts. Again he immediately diagnosed a metabolism problem and prescribed medication (a pill) that works wonders. I've tried everything to relieve my back pain and lose weight for 20 years. This man gave me my life back! He is my hero. As far as communication with the office staff (who I always found to be professional and caring) is by text. I have become quite fond of them.

I worked another 16 years after the fusion at a very complex job for Pasco County Development Review. I have been retired for a few years now but Dr Rudy has kept me out of terrible pain for a very long time. I am so grateful for all he has done. He has an awesome bedside manner, He has a very positive attitude , he lights up the whole room. Although Dr. Gorman is a wonderful doctor, I can't use him anymore. The call system they use is…read morevery inefficient. First you get a virtual assistant who transfers you to a human at a "call center". They take your message and tell you they will send an email to the New port Richey office that I want and someone will call back in 24-48 hours later. I have Never yet to have a call returned. Last week I had a follow up appointment with the nurse practitioner, Theresa Gabriel and she said she would send a prescription to my pharmacy. Two days later I called my pharmacy and they told me they never received the RX order from my provider. I knew better than to waste my time calling because I knew they would never call me back. It was a Friday and I only had one day left of my medication, so I decided to drive down there and resolve this in person. The rude ice queen at the desk said, "Ok, I sent your provider an email". More than several hours later, it's after 5pm, and the office is closed for the day. I just called my pharmacy and still my provider didn't bother to call in my prescription. This is poor patient care. A few appointments prior, a ver upset man was at the front desk telling the receptionist that he had called 14 times and nobody returned his call. This poor man never received an apology from the receptionist. This office is not there for their patients and that's just not acceptable. Oh, it was explained to me that I need to understood that they were a very large "corporation". What I do understand is that I am a number, not a patient with needs. I have tried hard to keep my patience with all this, but I need move on.
