They have a pretty sizeable lot and a small waiting area with coffee, a vending machine with drinks and a small tv. There's a large tire section in the back which is also where the bathroom is located. The service area fits 4 cars. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and I got there about 10 minutes early. I asked how long it would take to do the install and I was quoted 3 hours. I should've listened. Appointments don't really mean anything. Lol. Anyways 3 hours later I had my tires on and I was out of there. If you're getting something done here definitely ask about timing and figure out something to do before picking up your car or leave it overnight if possible.
