I can't say enough how grateful I am for Brendan's! I went to the Audi dealership to replace a tire…read moreand they came back with a laundry list of things that were "recommended" and added up to 3 thousand dollars. I called Tom from Brendan's, who had always been so kind and helpful whenever my car needed a fix, while I was waiting in the dealership lobby and he told me to bring the car by as soon as possible. Eric and Tom took the time to check if I actually needed all of these repairs (I didn't, only a few that I already knew about from my last visit to Brendan's and hadn't gotten around to fixing yet) and gave me a MUCH more reasonable cost. Car was done early the next morning. As a young girl who lives across the country from her family and has zero car knowledge, people like the staff at Brendan's really make such a difference. Always so kind, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Thank you guys again!!!

They have a pretty sizeable lot and a small waiting area with coffee, a vending machine with drinks and a small tv. There's a large tire section in the back which is also where the bathroom is located. The service area fits 4 cars. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and I got there about 10 minutes early. I asked how long it would take to do the install and I was quoted 3 hours. I should've listened. Appointments don't really mean anything. Lol. Anyways 3 hours later I had my tires on and I was out of there. If you're getting something done here definitely ask about timing and figure out something to do before picking up your car or leave it overnight if possible.
