Adam Internet.... great when your a new customer but then your forgotten about!!
We have been with Adam for around 4 years...... Why you ask if they are so bad?? Well when we first signed for the normal 24 month term we upper our GB allowance a few months in, then we moved house each time not being told that every time we changed something it automatically started a new 24month contract.
We even became part of the Fetch TV trial period, which we were told wouldn't be contracted as was a trial, until the service rolled out and our 'opt out' option never happened..... so now we are stuck with that until next March. Fetch TV in my opinion has been terrible, constantly channels not available, the app doesnt link to the STB, the STB its self is slow and crashes.....and takes an age to restart! The On-demand content is average at best, the best being Warner TV until Adam decided to get rid of that in favour of Red Bull TV i get for free on a smart TV anyway!! The movie selection of 30 a month is awful....usually a 70/80/90's unknown straight to VHS selection.
The customer of Adam is actually not too bad....if you can get to talk to someone who can actually use their system...or even get through the que to talk to someone. The email customer support is also painfully slow!!
My first statement about being forgotten about stems from all the new offers open to new customers...... Double the allowance for half the price i pay!! When i range them up nope....being a customer for 5 years gets you nowhere...unless you want a new 24 month contract and pay out your old one!
