In a buyer beware service, there are effectively no real protections for the consumer. This is an odd situation to place people who are probably in a very vulnerable time in their lives in, but this is the reality. You will already probably know that Taanya charges at the high end of the rates scale so it is very valid to ask, is she worth it? Based on my experience, absolutely not and hence this review. There is no correlation between high end of the rates scale and high level of quality of services based on the measures of acting in the best interests of the paying client rather than furthering her own agenda. I had a list of questions to be answered. What I experienced was that she padded out her time to maximise her billings and answered some questions, not directly, but in a way to further her agenda by focusing on certain elements and avoiding inconvenient elements effectively delivering spin. She did not answer the questions where she couldn't do this. What I was left with was half a result and then, without spending a lot more money, limited ways of progressing. From my perspective there was a lack of integrity in her work evidenced by not answering the direct questions that didn't suit her agenda. I wish you well and hope this review was useful to you.

My little car has been great over the years, but she is getting old now and kind of showing it. After a meeting I jumped back into my car and turned the ignition and heard that terrible "clicking sound". Hmmm.... Maybe my starter motor has finally died? Nothing I can do but call my car saviours! I called RAA immediately. The operators in the RAA are actually really lovely and helpful. I have experienced this every time I have called. I get surprised about this as I imagine that they would get a lot of people frustrated on the phone. But no, very helpful and understanding. They sent a RAA mechanic to my rescue and after a little wait he greeted me with smile. He asked how I was apart from the car. That made me giggle. So, I proceeded to give him details on what I thought the problem was and it was straight to business. It took only 10 minutes to figure out what was wrong (apparently my battery had died and needed replaced) and get my car running again. My RAA mechanic (Tom was his name), was so very helpful and friendly. I told him I was after a new car in the near future and as asked for advice He was very happy to give me some great pointers on what to look for. That is awesome customer services! So, with my car fixed I was ready to get on with my day. I think that RAA mechanics deserve a lot of respect, they work crazy hours and have mad mechanic skills. I have seen them do some amazing stuff over the years! Huzzah for the RAA! Thank you for saving me!

I had a dead flat battery today & the very helpful & friendly gentleman from RAA, who happened to live in the same suburb as me was at my home within 30 mins from my call. He checked my battery which was definitely dead & promptly replaced with a new one. He checked to make sure everything worked properly. He even put air in my tyres which were a bit (very) flat. They also provided services such as envelope stuffing and utilised the skills and workforce capacity of people with disabilities via the Phoenix Society. If you wanted mail posted they could do that for you in bulk, without you needing to do more than provide your data base of clients. They could stuff the envelopes and address the letters and seal the package before sending it off. Times have changed and here and now you even find yourself reading material off of an on line source, so Post Haste have developed new ways to assist business communicate with their clients in conversations that help expand enterprise. It is a complicated business driving your business through to clients in the new age of Internet technology because it is so much easier for so many more people to compete with you - so Post Haste have added specialist people to their staff to help grow this communications branch of their service. If you're unfamiliar with screen-printing, it's basically an economical method of reproducing tons of copies of an image that isn't intricate and doesn't have more than a few colours. What I like about Brett, owner, is if you're a newb, he'll take the time to patiently explain the ins and outs of how to get the best outcome ...without treating you like an idiot. So, what file format you should supply, the best colours and sizes etc. He printed 300 A2 corflute signs for me. His quote came in around a of the price of a non screen-printing sign shop. The job was professionally done in a short turn around time. He even helped me to the car with the signs. I returned to have 200 magnets made. He did them in the irregular shape I was looking for. They don't have a website or a retail shop and basically work from word-of-mouth. So give them a call first. Highly recommend!
