I called Dave on a weekend after locking myself out of my unit. Within 15-20 minutes he was there and easily let me in. I was able to pay by credit card. I'm not sure about the price because I didn't call around, but I felt that he was trustworthy, professional, friendly, and efficient. It's one of those situations where you hope it doesn't happen again, but if it did, I'd definitely know who to call. I recommend this company. read more

I have been a locksmith since 1989 . I've done repairs to thousands of locks and fitted good quality locks to homes in most suburbs of Adelaide. I believe in honesty, respect and dedication. If we agree on a time to meet, I will be there at that time. In 1993, I won the South Australian apprentice of the year award & placed second Nationally that year. With over 24 years of Locksmith experience, I can assess and help you out with all your locksmith needs.

One of there main points of advertisement is their 24 Hour service this is not the case since one night i got locked out of my bloody car after i had a few glasses of "Apple Juice" at 4 am, Yes that's right these lazy bastards couldn't get them asses out of bed and drive to the pub to unlock my car. So i had to get a bloody cab back to my house and hired a tow truck to tow my car back. $2,500 dollars all because my car was locked. I am shocked and appalled by the service of this business and i hope they are ashamed of themselves. Jk I am joking the tow truck was only 2k but the rest was true.

Our company has used Adelaide HS on a many occassions. We are a large company with head offices in Adelaide, we have several occassions where staff snap their key in their draws or offices and we need someone to come ASAP. I like the fact I can ring the owner and within the hour he is at our office and able to fix the issue. My Manager also loves the fact that they don't charge over zealous prices because we are desperate. The people from Adelaide Home Security are always well presented, professional which is important to us as they are moving around our offices where high level internal and external visitors are present. read more

Absolutely fantastic service. Was prompt, friendly and efficient. I had 3 locks on the premises. Two needed to be changed so the same keys would operate all three. This was no trouble at all. One of the locks was found to have a loose tumbler - extra time was taken to fix this. This did not alter the original quote which was very reasonable. He then cut me two extra duplicates for my keys for a very small extra fee. Would definitely recommend. read more

We purchased a house in Morphett Vale that had previously been used as a rental property and had been given a huge bag of keys. Dave was able to re-key the whole house to a single key (including the carport) as well as install some window locks. The service was excellent, very prompt, he made great recommendations and was hundreds of dollars cheaper than I was expecting (we had a large list of locks to be dealt with). Very professional and great service. Adelaide Home Security rekeyed all my internal doors of my house, very quick and no fuss. On a separate job I had lost my keys to two different display cabinets instead of replacing the locks, Adelaide Home Security was able to cut two new keys from my existing lock. Very happy with the service, Very happy with the price. Able to use cards for payment. Very happy with the outcome. All in the dark as no front light on. I locked myself out of the house on a Sunday evening. I called and got through straight away and within 30 someone had come out and let me back in. I didn't get others quotes but I imagine it would have been on par with what others were charging. Made a bad situation as painless as possible. read more
