Shitest provider ever. The internet is slow and unstable. Couldn't even watch YouTube at 720p…read morewithout lagging. Customer service is cancerous. One time the internet completely died so I went calling their technical support, after 45 minutes of waiting could not reach them. Then I called their sales line, less than 2 minutes I was able to connect and then they transferred me to another "department" which I believe was in India cuz I heard people talking loudly and car horns and all sorts of noise in the background. Stay away or you will get the shitest treatment and internet which no one deserves in 21st century.

Tried (unsuccessfully!) for EIGHT weeks to get an internet connection: I spoke to staff on numerous occasions - but no internet connection was forthcoming. At the eight week mark, I was called and informed that internode would be able to provide me with internet - but that I wouldn't be able to keep my phone number. I asked them why their website didn't inform customers that they could lose their number? Or why hadn't the first 'confirmation' email informed me of such? Or why hadn't any of the staff prior to this call informed me I'd lose my number. My consultant (Tyson) couldn't provide an explanation. I reminded internode (once again) that I urgently needed an internet connection for work - and they assured me that my connection would be 'facilitated', and that I'd definitely be connected sometime within two to four weeks! The matter was forwarded to management, who assured me they'd call either Monday or Tuesday of the week following. No call was forthcoming. Beyond ridiculous. Avoid this internet service provider like the plague.

Adam Internet.... great when your a new customer but then your forgotten about!!…read more We have been with Adam for around 4 years...... Why you ask if they are so bad?? Well when we first signed for the normal 24 month term we upper our GB allowance a few months in, then we moved house each time not being told that every time we changed something it automatically started a new 24month contract. We even became part of the Fetch TV trial period, which we were told wouldn't be contracted as was a trial, until the service rolled out and our 'opt out' option never happened..... so now we are stuck with that until next March. Fetch TV in my opinion has been terrible, constantly channels not available, the app doesnt link to the STB, the STB its self is slow and crashes.....and takes an age to restart! The On-demand content is average at best, the best being Warner TV until Adam decided to get rid of that in favour of Red Bull TV i get for free on a smart TV anyway!! The movie selection of 30 a month is awful....usually a 70/80/90's unknown straight to VHS selection. The customer of Adam is actually not too bad....if you can get to talk to someone who can actually use their system...or even get through the que to talk to someone. The email customer support is also painfully slow!! My first statement about being forgotten about stems from all the new offers open to new customers...... Double the allowance for half the price i pay!! When i range them up nope....being a customer for 5 years gets you nowhere...unless you want a new 24 month contract and pay out your old one! Obviously loyalty is nothing these days and Adam have lost mine form next March!!

I've used Adam Internet for ages and I've always been happy with the service…read more I must've nabbed a plan before the price hike methinks, as we pay $30 a month for high speed broadband and only come close to the limit once or twice. The website has stacks of info and your personal portal has pretty much everything you need to know, including how much data you've got left, any interruptions to the service etc etc. The phone service is variable though. Sometimes I've had amazingly friendly and helpful peeps, other times yeah... not so much. I remember one particular time when I first connected with Adam and needed some help setting up my router (have you ever tried to set one of those things up? HEADDESK), and they refused to help me at all because I didn't buy the router from them. Pfft. Non helpful, helpline! Apart from that everything has been a-ok, and I wouldn't switch.
