I was recommended by a friend that used PMN years ago so without doing my own research I went and signed with Anastasia Rabah (Palios) from PMN. It started out with a few problems because I didn't understand the ways RTW operate and was told by Anastasia that she would communicate with RTW I would ring PMN to speak to Anastasia she was either in a meeting or out to lunch or she'll call me back. I had a house inspection due in 10 days so I emailed Anastasia (this is the only way to communicate with her) asking if she could ask RTW to help me get the house ready. she emailed me back "I've put in a request and told them they have 2 weeks to reply" WTF I thought, did she not read my email. So I rang RTW myself and they were great they had a girl come out for 4 hours to help. I emailed Anastasia that i had worked everything out with the inspection. I asked RTW to not worry about Anastasias request for cleaners she looked at me and said what request?? This is the sort of things you will have to deal with using PMN worst thing is they charge you for it. After about 8 months one of the companies helping me asked me what made me choose PMN as my lawyers. I told her a friend recommended them to me then she said have you read any of there reviews. So I did and I thought what's she on about they got great reviews. i went to the top of the page and saw 18 reviews 5 stars and then nothing and then 4 of 1 star. Started to read the top reviews about excellent communication best lawyers I've ever had, were so helpful and explained everything as we went along. I couldn't help laughing then i went to the 1 star reviews and my heart sank and i felt sick they went like 'Never return calls, send you for medical procedures you don't and didn't want.' Now that is how PMN really are . They drag things along while your bill keeps rising. I have never felt so down and depressed i knew I made a mistake and when I rang other lawyers to change they told me I couldn't unless i pay PMN first. i had to keep complementing Anastasia otherwise i wouldn't hear from her. I did write to her tell her i felt belittled and every time i called i was treated like Its him again and then she's not here, I asked her why does it seem like i have to do all my own chasing up like when i was given the ok for a mattress i had to keep calling RTW.' Worst mistake i could make, She spoke down to me made me feel like i was a ball around her and that i should be so grateful that i have her. I had to shut up keep telling her how fantastic she was. There is way too much to go on about just another example when i emailed her on the 3/03/21 about what was going on with my lump sum claim she emailed me that she was waiting for me to get my doctor to fill out That i had reach maximum medical capacity form and that she has asked me for it and that's what has been the hold up. I couldn't believe that i didn't get a form filled out that was to do for my lump sum claim because i really need the money. I looked back on my emails and on the 23/11/2020 she sent me a maximum medical capacity form and i had my doctor fill it out and i emailed it to her on the 25/11/2020. I was so mad that she had so much pleasure telling me it was my own fault that nothing was progressing so i emailed Anastasia asking what was going on because i had sent that form all filled in 3 months ago. I asked her do you mean to tell me ive been waiting 3 months for a form i email you already ? and i sent another copy of the form to her. i didn't even receive an email back saying sorry about that our fault i heard nothing. This is what the 2 year with PMN was like and i couldn't get out of it . I had to ring RTW constantly and push for my settlement which to the nice lady at RTW claims and the gentlemen who pushed and settled my claim thankyou (didn't think i had the right to put their names down). two other quick notes PMN had been sending me letters but no emails. They were emailing the wrong address for 6 months before i noticed on a letter they had written the wrong email address, even thought the whole 6 months i had been emailing them. Secondly when i got my settlement in there front office from her secretary i went to ask a question and was cut off telling me all explanations are in the letter read them and ill understand. all i wanted to know was why couldn't somebody spell my name correctly. The amount PMN took was ridiculous after all the mistakes they made all the running around i did to charge me nearly 50% was a slap in my face. I emailed questioning a few items and stating i wasn't happy after all the wrong doings on PMN behalf. I got an aggressive email back telling me how ungrateful i am. I then emailed that i didn't believe she did the best she could for me. To which i got an email back telling me not to email her or PMN office. The PMN office is only basically Palios family based. Also read the good reviews then look the people up. Friends of the family and fake people. read more
