The two Partners come from a broad background in law. Having experience as a Catastrophic Claims Consultant and practising in various areas of law since admission and the some 21 years of having been a police officer, 12 of those having been a prosecutor prior to moving to a small practice and now operating a practice in the North East with a further now in West Lakes.
Meet the Business Owner: Lauraine E.
Lauraine was admitted to practice after completing a degree in Law at The University of New England. She was a Police Officer for over 20years and worked as a prosecutor before joining Websters Lawyers practicing in numerous areas whilst specialising in all facets of Criminal Law. She is a member of both the Law Society's Criminal Law Committee and The Football Federation of South Australia's Disciplinary Tribunal and the Legal Services Commission General Panel and Complex Criminal Law Panel. Lauraine is a Barrister and Solicitor admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of S.A. and the High Court of Australia.
Phil Testa was admitted to practice after completing a double degree in Arts and Law at Adelaide University. He has worked at firms including Lipson Street Chambers, Di Rosa Lawyers and Websters Lawyers. Phil has also worked at Allianz SA. Phil is a Barrister and Solicitor admitted to practice in both the Supreme Court of S.A and the High Court of Australia.
