They are a complete scam to work for or receive any sales from. I worked at the company for 6…read moreMonths and what goes on there is absolutely disgusting. From the 12 people that began in my group, Only one remained for longer than two weeks. At first, you have to build up your "Bond" Which is basically them saying "We are going to keep all the money from your sales until this bond is paid up" Which can take up to 10 sales depending on the product you were selling. The point of the bond is in case of reject sales (Which happens about 80% of the time). On average people would receive a sale every few days. The routes are predetermined by "team leaders" although I wouldn't exactly call them leaders at all, Most of them are about 18-20 with no experience in sales that just got fast-track promotions in order to inflate the ego, In truth, Promotions didn't do a thing. Furthermore: After getting the promotion to "Team Leader" I found that I actually was expected to work 8:30 am - 6-7pm with no hourly rate (This is a commission based job) with the promise that when the new recruits come in I will receive a percentage of anyone that joins my teams sales. The way they teach people to sell is criminal, They openly teach you how to use high-pressure sales tactics as well as "the best targets" in their own words. I was told that the people you should sign up are the elderly, people in housing divisions, People with no employment as well as people not mentally capable of making such decisions (No, I'm not kidding) The reasoning behind such a horrible sales tactic? "The chances of them not canceling the sale is the highest" The atmosphere is basically four guys in their forties running out of options and trying to squeeze money out of many many people with the policy of "We will hire anyone". When called out on anything that seems to be going wrong they will turn the conversation away to something else (Not very well I might add) In summary: The absolute sham of a place is run by crippling alcoholics who drink from 12 pm - 10 pm every day, Sometimes in the office. Avoid the place like the plague, If they come knocking on your door, CLOSE IT AND WALK AWAY Side note: The owner will put on the biggest show of how successful he is, Nice suit, Fake watch (Wont show his car tho), Even went as far as to show us his bank account that had $92,000 in it. I found out after becoming team leader that this is all borowed money against the business and that he is actually over $1.2M in the hole.
