I would like to express my appreciation to this business for fixing my very old kitchen drawers. The drawers have been broken for a while and I tried fixing those by going to various hardware stores, but without any luck. Those stores had no parts and could not recommend where to find parts. One day I got fed up with seeing broken drawer & googled a near-by kitchen store and found Adagio. I called & stopped by there hoping to get help or a suggestion how to fix broken drawers. It turned out that the metal parts that broke had life time warranty on them. Even though this was an older version, the salesman knew that brand, had an old/retired-parts catalog. He called the company, ordered those parts for me and upon receiving those put new parts on my drawers. I want to mention that company did not charge me at all. They said that there was no cost to them and thus they did not feel it was fair to charge me. This is very rare to see this kindness and honesty in today's very commercial, money driven world. Another thing is that while waiting for my drawers I walked through their show room, and I was impressed with selection and vast knowledge that their representatives had of their business trade. Adagio just remodeled our kitchen and we are BLOWN away!! We started the process with not having a clue about what we wanted, other than we wanted a white kitchen. Dmitry was our designer and he helped us understand cabinetry, so that we knew we were making informed decisions. He often joked that his job is just as much an educator, as it is a sales person or kitchen designer! Designing a kitchen is a multi-step process, we needed to be patient, and we are so glad we were. The final project is a truly custom creation. Dmitry took time to understand what we were looking for, he kept mindful of our budget. He suggested areas we could spend less and made recommendations where we should allocate more of our budget. For example, we wanted all glass on the top row of cabinets, and he talked us through what we would store there, and after we realized we actually dont have any fancy China to store there, we saved money on only going with 2 glass doors and kept the others solid. We made 3-4 trips to their showroom throughout the project, looking at different cabinet options, designing door fronts, and then finalizing finishes (we went with a white kitchen perimeter and a stained finish for our island cabinets). read more

We had a wonderful experience with Adagio. We started the process by looking at a variety of cabinets that matched our style and plan. Dmitry was able to guide us in the right direction, and we ultimately chose cabinets that not only fit our budget, but our style as well. Dmitry was also able to provide kitchen plans. This was a huge help, as the renovation completely changed our kitchen's footprint, and we had to start our design plans from scratch. Delivery went without a hitch. A few pieces that we received were not correct, but Adagio worked diligently to remedy the problem at no cost to us. After a few hiccups with a 3rd party installer, Dmitry went above and beyond his job description to make sure that everything was perfect in our kitchen. I wish that we had used Adagio's installers instead of our contractor's. The level of expertise and professionalism that you receive from Adagio is unmatched. There are numerous options, both classic and modern styles, wood and thermofoil cabinets, and more color options than you can count. We would like to acknowledge Valery from Adagio Kitchen and Bath for a wonderful job on remodeling our old kitchen. Valery designed our new cabinets and gave our kitchen a new configuration and new look. My sister just redid her kitchen and used Adagio Kitchen & Bath. I must say that I'm very very very impressed. I know they market themselves as a luxury shop, but their prices are very reasonable and adaptable to what seems like any budget. They have excellent customer service and a lot of different options ranging from modern to transitional cabinetry for every taste. The professional service and timeliness of the job were above and beyond our expectations. My sister bought 16GA kitchen SS sink from Adagio for $250! Home Depot sales 16 gauge sinks for almost double price. They sell faucets as well. Seriously, we shopped around quite a bit and, to be honest, if you are looking for somebody to redo your kitchen without paying Home Depot prices, get in touch with these guys. read more

You know..... when you are remodeling, it's always stressful! Adagio made our stress go away instantly. Customer service (we communicated with Oleg) was superb. He was helpful and managed to find a compromise between me and my husband. Yes. we had some different opinions. Oleg did some magic and they vanished :-) regarding the quality and installation time... We had some issues with the delivery time, not because of Adagio! The guys, who built our cabinets, were late. We got the discount from Adagio right away! Which is very pleasant, considering the cost of the remodeling. BTW, Adagio offered the best price for the kitchen we ever got from other companies. I'm delinquent in writing this review as I worked with Adagio a little over a year ago in picking out cabinets for my kitchen remodel. Adagio came recommended by my contractor and they were great to work with. In particular Val Langer was wonderful to work with, he did the drawings of my kitchen and also came out to take measurements. He was also very helpful in re-imagining how to best maximize my storage space, and was able to rework the design to fit in a lazy susan that has been a great addition to my kitchen. He helped us pick a style of cabinet that looks great, and for a year now my cabinets have held up well and look as good today as the day they were installed. I renovated my whole kitchen ! I Heard that adagio was a good place to get Cabinets. The salesman was very helpful he took his time to show us samples and to go over the process of renovating a kitchen. The Cabinet that they have are beautiful. They have a widespread selection .
