Augustin was very personable and very thorough in his review of our needs. Augustin and his team were very polite, performed the job and cleaned up afterwards. Now we are ready to replant where they removed some very large bushes/plants. We are going to need to redo our lawn soon with sod and Augustin and Four ASeasons will be our FIRST call...and quite probably our last. You will never go wrong working with Augustin and Four Seasons Landscape. Bid Thumbs Up!!

I just want to praise Allison Concrete Construction and the ways in which they have improved our…read moreproperty and our lives. We hired Allison Concrete to build a retaining wall behind our barn in 2022. It was next to impossible to get a company out to our property at that time to build the wall, with different companies giving me a variety of excuses. And, then, I called Allison Concrete. Sergio came out and gave me a very reasonable bid and started the work in a timely fashion. We didn't have to wait 3 - 6 months as was the case with more than one company. This year, we had an immediate, and very urgent need, to have a rock retaining wall built due to a failure in the fall by another company. We, again, thought of Allison Concrete in hopes that they could correct the failed wall and my wife's broken heart! Sergio came out "same day" to assess the disaster and see if he could remedy the situation out front. We received Sergio's extremely reasonable bid within 48 hours and quickly hired him to get the job done. Much to our surprise, Sergio put us on his schedule the following week. Within 2 days, Sergio and a helper created the most beautiful wall to the point that we could hardly remember the muddy disaster that we had to look at all winter through our kitchen window!! Correcting the failed wall and building a new wall was a big job and took a large backhoe as well as artistic skills to construct, as some of the large rocks/boulders weighed about 2000 pounds. We are looking at hiring Allison Construction for another job that just came up; concrete footings for a gazebo that will be built above our hot tub. Not only is Sergio the epitome of a true professional, he has a heart of gold and has a sincere desire to see his customers satisfied and happy! My wife is extremely happy with her new retaining wall! Sergio is always on time, cleans up his work space at the end of each day and works hard with no breaks that we saw! In a world of questionable contractors, Allison has never let us down or ever leaves us with any questions, doubts or concerns. If you're looking to hire the best, then Sergio is who you need for your next job!

Concrete patio was ok but not great. There is a brush mark that stands out as it was done in the…read moreopposite direction of the rest of the patio and there isn't enough sealant on it as when it rains there are visable marks that look like lightening strikes with black spots. It just about looks like where the concrete is going to eventually crack? It's been a couple months now but maybe it takes longer for that to go away? The patio roof is fine on the straight part, other than the sections are not even - couldn't put the skylight where we wanted because it wasn't 24 inches wide so the skylight wouldn't fit there. all of their crew did not know how to properly fit the 90 degree angle side to the straight side. one side of the angle was not attached properly, but the other side was done correctly. Looks like one of their guys knew what he was doing and how to use the connecting metal brackets but the guy on working the other side of the beam did not. Even though that section will eventually be covered up/closed off with a ceiling it looks unprofessional. Also, on the front facing side of the roof there was a board that stood up in the inside corner that would not allow the roof flashing to lay flat in the inside corner that would hinder the water flow that would be draining to the gutters that we had to fix.

We found GS Concrete Construction by doing a web search. After reading the rave reviews online, we contacted General Contractor Cutberto Garcia, via his cell phone, told him that we wanted something that looked like stone but was more durable that had little pops of color. We went with a grayish concrete with specs of green "rosemary" color embedded in the lightly stamped surface. The surface couldn't be too rough either since we wanted patio furniture to sit straight without wobbling. 24 hours later he was standing in the dirt of our backyard, examining the property, measuring and doing a few calculations. After listening to our ideas, Garcia (he prefers being called that because he thinks Cutberto is too hard to remember) brought up example photos on his cell phone and we actually chose our colors from those examples. Kinda quirky but it worked. Garcia's english skills may come across as limited but he knows exactly what he is doing. All work is performed in a professional manner, in accordance with the latest standards, preventive measures, safety protocols, regulations and codes set forth by the commission of Beaverton. Garcia's estimate is free and you are under no obligation to contract for his services. Garcia hires only skilled and experienced workers who have the knowledge to complete any project, quickly and efficiently. All the guys who worked on our project were courteous, professional and at the end of each day the work area was cleaned up. They even wrapped the bottom back of our house in plastic before pouring the concrete in case of splashing. I really appreciated that. Because of a few days of wet weather, our concrete pad took a little extra time but the way it turned out was perfect and we couldn't be happier. Pouring a concrete pad was also about one-third the cost of what a new deck would be, and that's a Good Thing. GS Concrete does most any kind of concrete job: kitchen floors, basement floors, driveways. I highly recommend GS Concrete Construction and General Contractor Cutberto Garcia and his crew. Quality service and great prices too.
