The bartender was maybe the best conversationalist I've ever experienced at a bar. He was genuinely interested in what I had to say and was instantly engaging. His name was Michael. The beer prices were CHEAP and they had a surprisingly decent selection of taps, much of it local. Michael knew everyone in the bar, but was still really welcoming to an out-of-town Alaska ruffian such as myself.
