This was my first time here, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. I got a little lost trying to find the place, but Lisa was so kind--when I told her I was standing outside the doors of Ranch 99, she actually came out to find me! Even though we started a little after 1 PM because of that, she still honored the full 90 minutes. Lisa definitely gained a new regular...I'll be coming back every 2-3 weeks. The front desk lady was also super pleasant, and I paid $88 for a 90-minute session, which is a great deal. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good massage or just wants to de-stress. Thank you so much!

I was at least a once a month customer for a few years. Today was my last day…read more 1.5hrs session. 1hrs full body & 30min foot session. The lady just rubbed my body there was no force behind it. At times she sat and just put tiny pressure on my leg. She only worked on my backside there was not time for the front side because she Bullsh*ted for an Hour. I had to remind her I had a foot massage and she asked if I wanted it the other room. Yes please. I was praying it was someone else. She gets me in the other room at 5:05pm she started on my feet at 5:15pm and then was done at 5:30pm LOL. I was upset. I mentioned it to the front desk lady she said nothing. The masseuse stood waiting even know she had a client waiting in her for a tip. They both seen my cash and whispered. I gave her $5 - im usually a $15-20 tipper. Today was not that day. She just looked at me and I explained why as a I looked at the front desk lady. She just kept saying thank you. Trying to wave me off. I will not be going back here. I've been hearing from a few others things have slowly been changing but I didn't see it until today. It was the lack of caring and expecting a large tip when a person isn't satisfied. Disappointed and Done! If you do go ask for Flora!! She's the best.

We came here for our first ever Chinese foot massage. It's 20 dollars for an hour but we…read moreunderstand the rule is to tip at least five dollars so we both tipped 7.50 (15 dollar total tip). The facility is clean and professional. Many rooms are private. Couples can get their couple's room with two massage chairs that turn out to be just regular big leather chairs that are uncomfortable for petite people. My therapist was named Aaron. She was really nice. She gave me a back massage before and after my foot massage! She really knows those sore trigger points in the back so I might come back for a full body 45 dollar massage but I already have five massage certificates from another business. They start off with bathing your feet in hot herbal water in pretty wood buckets lined with plastic. That was relaxing. The foot massage entailed a great deal of stretching and slapping/punching movements. There were some "acupressure" work done and I enjoyed that part the most. The chair they use is really not designed for massages so it's very awkward and the first back massage was not that great because I was slouching down and Aaron had little space to move around since the room hardly fit the four of us. When she had me lie face down, she did some nice back work but there is no hole to put your face in so I had to put my entire face on the back of the leather chair which was awkward and they didn't put a towel on the chair so I'm worried about hygiene. Who else put their face on this part of their leather chair? They worked the entire time and it's definitely a good deal for an hour of relaxation-- my feet does feel better and the massage was not painful just uncomfortable because of the chair. I personally enjoyed it but I did learn that this kind of massage just isn't what I'm looking for (the chair here is way too big for a petite person). However, I have no doubt that Aaron knows her trigger points and these ladies do work hard to please so I wouldn't hesitate to come back for a full back massage. My hubby would like their foot massage again.

I went here today, since my usual favorite masseuse, Lucy, was busy…read more Rose gave me an amazing massage! She was gentle, yet got the soreness out of my upper arms. If you have an RSI and want to get rid of it, this is the place for you! One thing that surprised me is she didn't do any work on my feet. It is possible this was because she was paying lots of attention to my arms. Still, feet are important and a good way to end the massage. The cost for an hour is $45, which seems to be the going rate in this part of town. Also, if you google this business, it will come up as offering Adult or Erotic Services. This business is strictly not that kind of massage service.

I recently visited Moon Massage for a massage with my daughter and was initially pleased with the…read moreservice so I decided to book a couples massage for my husband and i. The second time around massage itself was decent, but my experience was overshadowed by the masseuse's reaction to the tip I left. Tipping is a personal decision based on service quality, and I left what I felt was fair. However, instead of gratitude, I was met with visible disappointment and an unprofessional attitude. A tip should never be demanded or expected beyond a customer's comfort. She insisted that because the massage was an hour long she was entitled to at least $20... however the massage itself was only $60? But I guess Unfortunately, this left a negative impression, and I likely won't be returning. I hope the business emphasizes customer service and professionalism, as a good attitude goes a long way in ensuring repeat customers.

I really wanted to like this place because the other establishment I go to on Solano has been…read moreoverbooked lately. I gave this place a try and did not have a relaxing experience. It felt a bit rushed and the therapist left my session 5 times to answer the phone or do various things for other customers . (I usually expect one time to get hot towels or grab something). There was no extra time added on after even with these short absences. I went here with hopes of releasing some muscle tension and being relaxed and left feeling upset and anxious. The massage style wasn't for me,and felt like a fast rubbing up and down without and slow muscle relief. I'd look for other options if you are considering. Both the people working there seemed kind but that's not enough to keep me coming back.
