Jeff was punctual, helpful, thorough, and respectful of our property. Jeff spent a few hours removing cobwebs/dust from the corners of our garage, power washing the garage, cleaning storage cabinets appropriately, and hand drying the cabinets with towels. He was thorough to squeegee our garage as well as remove excess water from our driveway to ensure that we didn't end up with ice inside or outside from the winter temperatures. Our garage looks brand new and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely keep their contact close for future rental properties! Highly recommend this company for their quality of work!! Only photo I took of garage post cleaning before we started moving boxes in is provided!

They were friendly, professional, flexible, courteous, communicative and went above and beyond! They even vacuumed inside my dog's kennel!! Every item found under beds/couches was picked up and pointed out. They cleaned my windowsills and the baseboards without me asking (rare). And they were incredibly reasonably priced. Bonus, they even arranged my Kleenex in a flower! I will 100% be hiring them again and referring them to everyone I can.

If you want a reliable cleaner who does their job it's truly unfortunate after using several companies I lost a good one a while back and the quality of service is not here with these people it's truly unfortunate, wasting time and energy and money people who don't care about their integrity while advertising to do a job it's unfortunate and like I said if you really want to get your house clean and have it maintained. This is not for you. Pretty sure it's not a company. Just some lady acting like it over priced no value for the service waste of time

Our initial plan was to have the carpets cleaned, but after speaking with Randie, the owner of Carpet Master, and explaining the extent of the damage, we realized that full carpet replacement was the only solution. Even though we had to cancel the cleaning, Randie spent a generous amount of time walking us through the entire process of removing pet odors, explaining different carpet materials and brands, and even helping us figure out the best places to purchase new carpet. Randie and his wife--the owners--are truly top-notch humans. In the middle of a stressful and overwhelming experience, they were the bright spot. They genuinely care about people, not just profit, and it shows in every conversation. We ended up hiring them to clean the carpets in our rental property and can't imagine using anyone else. It feels good to spend our hard-earned money not only with experts in the field, but with people who truly care. We honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Bought vinyl from Tom at Carpet direct. Had purchased carpet from him the year prior and all went…read morewell and was happy. This time with the vinyl purchase I am extremely unhappy with their recommended installer (Dave Clark) Tom recommended Dave Clark as the installer for the vinyl floor. Got my order in and Dave (The installer) picked up the vinyl and had scheduled installation at 830a friday the 13th. He cancelled 30 min after he was due to be here. We got lots of rain and flooding in fort collins and colorado, but according my the reports and maps i saw he could have made it with no issues. We rescheduled for Sunday. was impressed with the service that he'd come on Sunday. Sunday's appointment came and went. Tried calling and no answer and voicemail was full. An hour later I finally reached him. Installer said appointment was for Monday. I said no, we confirmed twice that it was on Sunday. Had to reschedule for Tuesday. I told him he could still come out today (Sunday) and he refused..only reason was it would take several hours to install. Now our kitchen and laundry room have been out of commission (Due to all appliances moved into living room to install the floor) from Thursday to Tuesday. So bottom line he didn't want to come out on Sunday like he promised and now because he has my vinyl I cannot get another installer to do the job. Do NOT ever hire Dave Clark. Be careful who Carpet direct recommends to you. This guy was the guy that Tom at Carpet Direct said I should call. I left a message for Tom from carpet direct Sunday afternoon. Got a text from Dave at Carpet One. Said he talked to Dave and Dave said we had now agreed on Tuesday. Basically defended the installer he recommended. I could not believe Tom texted me at 8am on Monday. No call. I responded back to Tom that it is unprofessional to just text me and not call me back. Still waiting for Tom to call me back..but not holding my breath.
