I'd been hearing a lot about Mike at Otteman Arts in Loveland, CO…read more I had a framed mirror that had one of the corners come loose making it look like one more bump and the mirror would come crashing out of the frame. The half inch gap in the joint made it look pretty ragged; certainly not like anything any of us would want hanging on our wall. Mike is quite the craftsman when it comes to frames and what I got back resulted in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jo1LzQ7PYJE It also had a marred finish. Mike is an artist that studied at University of Denver and when he told me he could repair the finish, I pretty much believed him. When I got this mirror back, this video is of the result of his artistic work on the finish of the frame: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCRL6Q_vaUU Not only did he do a super job of retouching the finish and repairing the loose joint, but, the frame came back to me with these attached. A very nice touch indeed: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kmJBdzAb4g I put this last video in the "News" category at YouTube because I think it is news whenever you find a craftsman that is as service-minded as Mike Otteman at Otteman Arts in Loveland, Colorado. They were super responsive, showed up right on time, and walked me through everything they were doing so I felt totally taken care of. We had carpet cleaning done along with duct and dryer vent cleaning, and I'm honestly blown away by the results. The carpets look brand-new, the air feels cleaner, and knowing the dryer vent is cleared out gives me so much peace of mind. They were efficient, careful with our space, and really went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. It's rare these days to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with truly genuine service, but Doug's Carpet nails it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and that "wow" level clean. Will absolutely be calling them again!

I am very disappointed with their service repairman, Curtis Miller, today…read more After he did the repair, he asked me to sign his paperwork. I told him the repair was "still visible" and wrote such on his paperwork. He said it was impossible to hide the repair. The service repairman then refused to let me take a picture of the document that I just signed where I wrote "still visible". In fact, he snapped his folder shut, not letting me take my picture. I said I knew the owner of the furniture company and would communicate directly with him that the repairman was very disrespectful. The repairman then hit my doors with his tools, damaging such. I am nonplussed to say the least.
